When bad girl meets the mystery guy

CHAPTER - 3

"What are you doing lee? Professor will kick us out of the class if he sees us not paying attention to the lecture."

"Shut up Kiara, let me draw his hippo-like belly. We will pin this ugly sketch on the school's noticeboard. Professor will get famous." She winked. Oh! She is my new friend in college, Shirley but she told me to call her lee. Her idea isn't that bad. She was drawing a sketch of our professor when she doesn't even know the basics of art.

"Tada! Here it is. See it looks exactly like our fatty. I wonder why they don't appoint some hot professors here."

Her sketch was so much absurd that I burst out laughing. Oppss! Fatty noticed us.

"You two get out of my class" he shouted and we hurriedly collected our books and left. I swear if I had stayed any longer in the class then I would've embarrassed myself. Both of us were still laughing.

"Let's go to the canteen. We have nothing to do until our next class."

Like any other college canteen, it was filled with girls and boys of different age groups. We ordered our snacks and sat on a table. Suddenly someone hugged me from back leaving me in a state of shock. I turned and noticed a similar face.

"Good morning beautiful. I hope I didn't scare you." He winked while removing a chair for himself.

"You did and you have to pay for this Nitin." And I pushed the chair in which he was going to sit and he falls down with a loud thud.

"What is this yaar. This is not a way to welcome friends." He poured like a child and it made me smile. I gave him my hand which he deliberately accepted. Now three of us were sitting on the table waiting for our food like a hungry pig. I introduced both of them as my friends to each other.

"Kiara don't lie. You were scared right when I hugged you. It was all written over your face. Why were you so scared like some monster has attacked you."

"Yes, you are none less than a monster. Don't you dare to play your stupid pranks on me ever or you will regret doing that." I tried to sound like a dictator but end up making fun of myself. Lee and Nitin both of them started laughing by holding their stomach.

"Aah! That hurts baby doll. I was thinking to kiss you next time." He mocked me

"I would love to capture that moment. I bet she had never kissed anyone in his life." This time lee made fun of me. It was true I never had a chance to date any guy in my school because Ashwin was always by my side but I can't just let them make fun of me.

"Oh, you guys hang on. I have kis.." before I could complete my sentence a glass bottle landed on my table and shattered into pieces.

"Let's hear your romantic story together babes. You are fresher right. Don't you think it was necessary for you to come to the backyard before your first class? I've put that on the noticeboard. Everyone came including these friends of your's but you were nowhere to be seen. Why?" Those creepy guys were looking like some kind of villains straight from a south Indian movie. Although ragging is not allowed, some guys who think of themselves as an authority still satisfy their ego by hurting freshers.

I get up and asked Nitin and Shirley to come with me but one of those guys blocked my way. There were three of them and each of them was blocking our ways.

"You didn't answer our question miss. C'mon, we are being polite to you and you are ignoring us. That's not fair." The one blocking my way said.

"Because I don't answer to useless people. Let us go."

"What do you think you are? No one here will you. Now that you have pissed me completely you will do whatever I ask you to do. That's your punishment."

"I will not and it's better for you that you don't know who I am." I tried to escape but he again blocked my path.

"Oh yes, you will do. As I said earlier that you will do whatever I want. So let's see your sexy moves. You will perform a super embarrassing dance for all of us. Right boys?" And everyone in the canteen started shouting.

He holds my hand and almost dragged me to the center.

"Like I said Mr. I will not do anything and if you want yourself to be safe and sound so just apologize and leave. I don't want to create a scene." I almost shouted but they started laughing as if I had grown horns and an extra nose.

"So tell us who are you? Daughter of President or sister of a criminal?"

"I am Kiara Serena daughter of Richard Serena and fiancee of Ashwin Singhania. This canteen in which you are standing like wild beast runs from my father's money. I only have to call any of them and the next moment you will not be able to stand on your own feet. So don't test my limits." Fear was visible on their faces. Everyone knows about these partners in crime who wears a white coat but never hesitate to do any crime.

"Let's go Akshat. Maybe she is right. I've also heard that the daughter of Mr. Serena is joining our college." They turned to leave. Tables have turned and now I was in benefit. Everyone was stunned including my new friends.

"Wait! What were you saying about a super embarrassing dance?"

"Nothing ma'am. We are leaving. Sorry for the inconvenience." The other one replied but the one who tried to bully me was not a single percent guilty of his actions.

"Aah! C'mon, I know you guys are very fond of embarrassing dance. So just show me your sexy moves. Let's see what you can do." I winked

"We are not going to do such a thing. That thing suit you girls. Be a good girl and don't get involved with me." He was still spitting poison

"I think you didn't get me. Let me tell you one thing. If Ashwin comes to know that you tried do make me do such things then first he will spoil this ugly face yours then he will beat the crap out of you and then you will be thrown in jail. I think you should know this." I love that look on his face. He was visibly scared like hell.

"Strip" one word and three of them started moving in all directions. I won't call it super embarrassing dance, in fact, it was the most pathetic dance I've ever seen. Lee and Nitin were looking at me in horror.

"You can go now. Just remember I'm watching over you."

"Are you really fiancee of that - that Ashwin?" Lee stammered

"I..."

"I know you told me that you are Kiara Serena but are you really engaged to Ashwin Singhania?" Nitin questioned

"Guys let me speak. I am not yet engaged to Ashwin but my engagement ceremony is this week only. So basically I'm engaged to him." Both of them were blank. No one said anything "C'mon guys he is not all bad." I smiled

"We can see that. Anyways let's go and fill our empty tummies." Lee said

"It is better for me to remain away from Lady Kiara." Nitin mocked me again and a soft punch landed on his chest. He feigned hurt and we all burst into laughter. My second day of college was not all bad.

In the evening while returning towards my car I noticed a crowd in front of the noticeboard. Lee winked from a distance and I ran towards my car. I seriously don't want to see that sketch again.
