When bad girl meets the mystery guy

CHAPTER - 5

"So what did you find. What is his name? In which class he reads? Where we can find him?" I asked so many questions in just one breath. I have asked Nitin to dig details about that arrogant guy and I and Lee were waiting for him for a long time.

"Take a breath, Kiara. I didn't find much about him as he doesn't have a single friend in this college. He is two years senior to us and can be found in library or backyard during free hours. Other than that no one knows about him. There are rumors of him being a criminal or something. So it's better for us to stay away from him." Nitin explained in a single breathe.

"His character is really shady and that is fascinating me. Let's do some trouble with his bike." I was really excited to cause troubles in his life.

"Are you mad? His bike is his precious possession. He once beat a guy really bad just because a small mistake of that guy has made a dent on his bike. So just forget him and let's go to the class." Nitin tried to convince me

"Not before doing some damage to his bike. Want to help me?" I was determined to do some mischief with his bike, maybe with him.

"Let's go guys. Teach that arrogant senior a lesson." Lee chirped in

We slowly - slowly crawled towards his bike. His bike was in really good condition depicting his love towards it. I took out a pin from my bag and punctured both his tires. That was not much damage so I further started scribbling my name on his bike's seat.

"Why are you writing your name, Kiara. You want to get killed at this early age." Nitin's eyes popped out on seeing my name on his seat.

"Let's sit there and watch the show. I'm sure he will like this little makeover of his bike." I dragged both of them away from the stand and rest ourselves on my car's bonnet. I was impatiently waiting for that 'Kartik' so that I could see a worth million expression on his face. After some time he came and looked at his bike's condition and on the contrary to my expectations his face didn't hold any emotion. He just watches it for some time and averted his gaze towards me. To add to his anger I winked. Its result was that he was in front of me in nanoseconds.

"Did you do this to my bike?"

"What if I had?" How can I reply straight to this not so straight guy

"Just keep in mind miss rich head that if you do something like that again to my bike I will not leave you alive. Keep a distance from me or it will be very dangerous for you. "

"Thanks for the suggestion Mr. arrogant but I don't take advice from strangers." And after that, we entered my car. Before we left I heard him saying - "This stranger can be very dangerous"

After dropping Nitin I decide to do some shopping with Shirley. We went to the nearest mall.

"I've heard about their new collection and it is really good." Lee just loves shopping

"So let's reduce their collection. I can never have many clothes"

"And I also need to buy a new dress for your engagement. Are you planning to invite me or not." She really want to come to my engagement ceremony

"Of course you are invited, Lee. You are my only friend. You don't even need an invitation. Now let's select a dress for you." And we both went to the ladies section. Do I really need to show the world that I am okay with this relationship?

We started looking for a suitable dress for her. Hunting for a dress is a really difficult task I tell you. After looking for like hours she selected a blue dress. That dress was indeed very beautiful having white finishing but that dress was strapless ending above her knees. It's not like I don't like cute dresses but she is coming in my engagement, a place full of men with lusty eyes and above all, there will be Ashwin. Ashwin is a kind of guy who will never leave a chance to hook - up with a new girl and with so much skin revealing in this dress she will not be safe in my house. I have to do something.

"Say something, Kiara. Where are you lost? I am asking you for five minutes but you don't seem to be paying attention. How is this dress?" I was so much lost in my own thoughts that I overheard her conversation.

"Sorry Lee, I was thinking that you should try a gown. I'm also wearing a full gown so if you wear same then we will look cute together."

"Is that so? That's a cool idea actually. Ask your designer to make one for me too." Thank God she agreed

But.. what difference will it make if she wears a full dress not revealing a part of her skin? Those eyes will still find her appealing. God, please don't let her come to my engagement. I don't want Ashwin to create troubles for her.

"Just how many times will you pass out today? We came here for shopping right? Don't tell me you are day dreaming about your prince charming" Lee was totally irritated

"Sorry, Lee I was just thinking about your dress. Let's buy you some new clothes." Her face lit upon hearing this

We went to almost every store and bought almost everything. Our legs were hurting due to constantly walking so we head towards to the cafe. We were waiting for our orders when a man in his twenties with full black attire and scary physique came and stood by my table.

"What is it, Max? Why are you here? I'm sure I didn't call you." Max, my father's bodyguard and equal partner in crimes.

"Boss has asked me to take you home now. So please come with me."

"What if I don't? Can't you see I am with a friend."

"Boss has asked me to drag both of you home if you didn't agree to come with me." So he knows everything about me.

"Let's go. I'll see you in college Lee." She nodded and I left with Max. Gray had already started the car. I was wondering why didn't he came and he showed up. During that journey from the mall to home, I only think about the consequences which might have happened. Maybe he has arranged my marriage today only. When I reached home dad was already in the hall.

"Where were you, Kiara. Did you see the time?" His voice was high

"I was with my friend dad. We just went to shopping and it's just 6:00 p.m." I said while looking at the wall clock.

"Don't you remember that you can't go to any place without informing me. You went to a mall alone without any security. I told you before that if you want to go anywhere then you have to take Max or Gray with you."

"I was not alone father. I was with Shirley and I didn't ask Max or Gray to come because I went to girl's shopping"

"She is a girl that's why she is still alive. You just keep this in mind that you are not allowed to hang out with any guy and if you want to go out then you have to ask me first." He became really scary when he is angry "Now you have committed a mistake so you will not be given dinner. Go to your room and lock yourself." Saying this he left

'Never go out with Nitin.' Mental note to self. I walked towards my room and locked myself. What must be Lee thinking about me? I was going to call her when I received a text from her

"Are you okay? I'm worried about you."

"Yes, I'm okay Lee. Dad wanted me to sign some papers that's why he called me. Don't worry."

"Aye Aye miss rich head. See you in college tomorrow. Good night."

"Good night :p"

Did she just call me rich head to tease me? Whatever let's sleep before hunger starts troubling me. I'm sure both of those monsters will be standing like a wall before my door and won't allow mom to give me food. Do these guys ever sleep?
