Chapter 13

     The bell rang to leave school and Elena knew she would need to talk to Damon. As she waited for him by her locker she saw him coming down the hallway. Jeez she thought to herself. He was beautiful. He was tall handsome and had the most beautifulest eyes. She was happy to call him hers. As her thoughts came to an end she felt his cold hands on hers and knew it was time to leave.

Walking into Damon's home she felt as though it was hers. Like she grew up there her whole life. But in reality she had only been there for 5 minutes maybe 30 at the most.

"Okay Elena we need to talk.", Damon said rudely. "Yeah I need to tell you some  things Damon. But you never told me about how you became a vampire tell me.", Elena said. "You really want to know Elena? Because it's very horrifying.", Damon said sadly. "Yes tell me I'm not a judger", Elena said. "Okay Elena here goes nothing...."

     " I was born in this town in the late 1800's. Greenville Falls. You see my parents they always didn't get along. My mom always took care of me and my dad. One day my dad left and he was gone for a very long time. When he came back I was 15 and I was sick. I was dyeing from the flu. You see back in my days we didn't have cures for sicknesses like everybody has now. So because I was sick my dad dud something to me. At the time my mom was upset about this decision my dad wanted to make but she knew it was the only way to keep me alive. So on the day my dad came back he came up to me. I was lying there hopeless and helpless. And right as I shut my eyes I felt a sudden burn on my right leg. When I opened my eyes to see what it was that's when I saw it. My dad his eyes green and his lips were covered in blood... my blood. There was a mark on my leg and the burning started through my whole body. First it my legs then it gradually went to my arms and my fingertips then it started to tingle. My neck started feeling different in fact my whole body did.  When I opened my eyes it was like a whole new world. Everything and I mean everything Elena was so clear. But there was one thing I wanted I thirsted for blood.", Damon said this very smirky. "So you didn't even want to be turned did you?", Elena said. "Well at that moment I was happy my dad did what he did. It took me out of my pain. But what I did next... i'll never forgive myself.", Damon said. "Why what did you do Damon?". "Elena I killed my mom!", Damon screamed. "It was my thirst and she was there she was a human. And I wanted something to drink and I couldn't control it because I was just turned and I needed to get my thirst under control.", Damon said sadly.

   Elena didn't care she knew that he wouldn't hurt her. But Elena did have plenty of things, questions still to ask Damon. But she figured enough for today because  all these memories were started to make Damon upset and she could tell. So before Elena left she did want to tell Damon about her dream.

"Damon I need to tell you something. I had this dream last night it was strange. It was dark and foggy and The Counsel was there. You were by my side and my mother was coming at you with a wooden steake. And before she could killed you I protected you and killed her. Also my father too. But my father did not die like a Guardian would he died like a vampire would. Which ment he was one. And I just don't know what any of this means Damon." , Elena said. "Elena you do realize what that dream is about don't you?" "No, tell me.", Elena said queriously.

"Elena....it means your half Guardian and half....", Damon paused.

"Half what?", Elena said?

"...And your half vampire."
