Prologue Recap

The Clone Wars rages on and even the smallest events that happened on faraway planets did not take long to spread throughout the galaxy.

This is a story that follows the young newly knighted Jedi named Emi Takori. Some knew her as a Jedi with fierce determination, while others knew her as one whose recklessness never went unnoticed. Even when still a child, Emi's first mission with her master Luminara Unduli was what sealed her reputation as it was still known as: A small operation on Felucia and a nearly fatal encounter with General Grievous the cyborg leader of the CIS's droid armies only proved to the Jedi Council that Emi was not fit to take part in the war.

Nevertheless Emi strove to improve which led to her knighthood, even if getting her hands dirty was irresistible. Many still had their doubts in her, and it was no secret Grievous had not forgotten their first meeting. Emi was not easily seduced by the dark side, but found herself at a chance to change her ways when all but one on the Council saw her potential; that only led to a path she was forbidden to take, as a secret attachment blossomed and a mission she was not allowed on.

Through courage and selflessness, Emi succeeded in rescuing the hostages and fending off her old foe. Despite all of that, her attachment to the wise and compassionate Jedi Master Plo Koon who returned her feelings was kept hidden. Now returning to Couruscant while Plo remained on his homeworld to tend to his people, Emi wondered how long she could keep these secrets, or how much trust the Council had lost for her now that they possibly knew where she had been.
