(Annabeth's POV)
A loud scream peirced thru my dream.
I snapped my eyes open. I searched the room for the source of the noise.
Finally, after what felt like hours of searching, I realized a horror movie was playing on my TV.
I grabbed the clicker and turned off the TV. It was until I went to lay back down that I noticed I was alone in my bed. I could've sworn Jake was here when I fell asleep. He must have left.
I pulled out my phone. It was 4:38 in the morning.
I settled back against my pillows, staring at the ceiling.
I really hope that they find Trevor. I don't want to move. I was just starting to make friends here. I still have scars from the last time Trevor came after us. It wasn't about me leaving him anymore. I had done so much more than that. I ruined his life.
After I woke up in the hospital, the police came and asked questions about what had happened. Sarah made me tell them. I was terrified that he would kill me of I pressed charges.
They took pictures and got the info from the doctor.
When the doctor came in, I asked about my baby. He got a sad look in his eye and I already knew.
I cried and cried. It took days to feel normal again. I couldn't believe everything that had happened. That's what motivated me to follow through with the charges. I couldn't let him get away with it.
He was arrested, and a trail was set. When his parents found out, they disowned him. Turned their backs on him. He lost everything.
The day that were suppose to transport him, he overpowered the guard, shot him and ran.
I had been at school when they came and got me. I could hear the whispers, everyone knew what had happened. He was popular among the kids at my school. He was 23 and would buy alcohol for them to party. Everyone hated me for pressing charges.
I wasn't sad to leave behind all the horrible memories. All the people who mocked me, who said I lied.
What I was, was scared. I was so scared that when the officer told me, I puked. Right there on his shiny black shoes.
We moved, and moved, and moved. But he always found us.
What worried me the most now was Sarah and the baby. Trevor would do anything to hurt me. Anything to make me suffer.
(Trevor's POV)
There house here was so bland, neutral looking. Boring.
I had been staring at the house for hours.
I can't believe she has tried to run from me again. Doesn't she understand that she is mine. No one, nothing will take her away from me. Ill kill her before I let anyone have her. She was all I had now. Thank to her, I lost my future.
Just then the front door opened, bringing me out of my thoughts. A pretty boy type guy stepped out. He looked like he had bed head and his clothes were wrinkled. He looked up towards the second story window, Annabeth's window, and smiled. He shook his head and walked towards his car. That stupid smile never left his lips.
Annabeth knew she was mine, she knew better than to be with anyone else.
I would make sure he was out of the picture. I would wait though.
I needed to get my mind off of things. I turned and headed towards the nearest bar.
(Sarah's POV)
The last few days have been hell. I am so glad that Tony is coming back today.
Alena has been her for two days now. She has been so helpful.
In the middle of making breakfast, my cell phone rang.
My heart fluttered at the caller I.D.
"Hey baby" I answered.
"Baby. I have great news." He practically screamed.
"What is it?" I asked, a smiled finally coming to my lips.
"We have Trevor. He fucked up. He picked upand assault charge and a resisting arrest charge at a bar a couple miles from the house." he said, excitiedly.
"Oh. Babe. Finally." I could barely breathe I was so happy.
