Hey, in this tutorial I'm going to teach you how to. Make your photo or just one part of your photos blurry.

1. First open a white background.

2. Open the photo that your cover will be of and merge(you can modify this tutorial to make it fit more manip covers)

3. Go to home and click the two squares in the top left corner. Open a cop gorgeous like the one below.

4. Go to transition and pick on if the options. I picked overlay.

5. Go to filter and play around with the lighting and color. Save the photo when done.

6. Go to Pics Art and click effects. Choose blur.

I chose to use focal zoom so his head could be clear and everything else would blur out from that spot. Save the photo when done.

7. Go to phonto and add words.
