In this tutorial I'm going to show you how to make a white shadow in PicsArt. You don't have to give me credit.
1. Open the pic that's your background. Later I'll show you how to make the one I'm using.
2. Open the pic you want to be the white shadow. Click on effects.
3. Scroll through them till you get to B&W blur. Lower the blur and amount to zero and apply. Repeat this a couple times(I think I did it twice.)
4. Go to Film B&W. Lower the input shift and fade to zero abut the output shift to 100. Apply. This just helps to make the picture closer to one color. To be more clear you are adding these filters to the same picture.
5. Go to Seafoam and apply this a couple times.(I think I used it two or three times.)
6. Finally, go to B&W Blur again. Lower the blur and amount to zero and apply.
By now my picture was all white but you might need to edit, change, or repeat these steps to get it all white.
7. Save the white photo onto the background. Open that same photo, move it to the right or left of the white picture and save it.
Your done! I made the mistake of not putting the photos down enough on the background... whoops.
