Keep in mind that you can use not only superimpose to make this but also PicsArt and maybe Pixlr.
Please give me credit you use the template I make.
1. Open a plain white background the correct size for a cover.

2. Open a plain black on top. Open as the foreground.

3. Play with the shape of the black foreground. You can shrink it, enlarge it, and use the cutout tools to make it into different shapes.
