In this tutorial I'm going to show you how to color/change the color of a face claims/persons face. You don't have to give me credit.
1. Open a png(you can open the one posed above.)

2. Open a picture of whatever color you want to dye the hair of the person of.
3. Make the brush really big and delete it all. (Make sure it's over the persons hair)

4. Make the brush smaller and fill in all the hair as best as you can.

It may look a big weird now but bare with me.

5. No go to transition and play around with the settings. You might want to lower the opacity to make the color look more realistic.
