Arnav stayed in the hospital and took good care of Khushi. The family members suggested staying with her, but Arnav never left her side. She soon recovered thanks to the love he showered on her and was discharged from the hospital.

Both families wanted Khushi to stay at the Gupta house before the proper marriage. However, by this time, Arnav was so used to being with her that he bluntly refused, insisting that Khushi would stay with him. Khushi eventually convinced him that it was just for a few days and that after the wedding, she would stay with him permanently. Arnav agreed, much to everyone's relief. But that wasn't the end of it. What Arnav did next left everyone in shock—he packed his bags and went to stay at the Gupta house to take care of Khushi. He never skipped visiting Shantivan daily to check on his Di. Once again, Arnav won the Guptas' hearts with the love and care he showed Khushi. He started understanding Khushi's family, and they became aware of Arnav's every gesture.

During his stay, Arnav consulted a famous doctor about Shashi's condition. The doctor said there was a high chance of recovery soon. After Arnav's insistence, Amma and Buaji agreed to the treatment—after all, Arnav was now like their son. Indeed, he had even started calling Khushi's parents "Amma" and "Babuji." Khushi was very happy with her life, but she was worried about Anjali. She talked to Arnav about it, and he made sure that his Di was kept busy with one thing or another so she wouldn't dwell on her past.

Soon, the wedding preparations began, and Anjali was on cloud nine. She took charge of overseeing everything, and no one stopped her, but of course, Arnav kept an eye on his Di. Shashi recovered gradually, adding to their happiness.

Arnav participated in every ritual with enthusiasm. Khushi's distant relatives, from her father's side, attended the wedding rituals. During the marriage, one of her cousins, Ajay, fell in love with Anjali's nature. Khushi noticed this and was very happy because she knew her Ajay Bhaiya was a good person. Khushi talked to Ajay and told him about Anjali's past, but he was still ready to marry her. Khushi also talked to Arnav about it. He was shocked and initially reluctant to trust anyone with Di's matters. However, Khushi made him realize that Anjali could be happy with Ajay. A somewhat convinced Arnav did a background check on Ajay, and he came out clean. Arnav hesitantly discussed the proposal with Anjali. She was initially shocked but later expressed her reluctance, saying she wasn't ready for any relationship—at least not so soon. Ajay understood her situation and spoke to her directly, saying that he would wait for her, that she could take all the time she needed to decide, and that he would care for her baby as his own. He assured her that her decision would determine their relationship. After that, he never disturbed Anjali.

Now, it was Anjali's turn to fall for him. She began to admire him, and her heart started to beat faster in a way it never had before. She eventually agreed to the proposal—for her family, for her baby, and most importantly, for her newly developed feelings for Ajay. Everyone was overjoyed. Anjali and Ajay's engagement took place on the same day as Arnav and Khushi's wedding. Both functions were held in a grand manner. With Shashi now fit and fine, he performed Khushi's Kanyadaan. Everything went smoothly, except for some negative remarks from a few people, overheard by the family members. They were speaking ill of Anjali. As expected, Arnav put them in their place. Anjali calmed him, saying that people will always talk, but they must focus on the good and ignore the bad. Arnav felt proud of his brave Di. Khushi prayed to her Devi Mayya to keep everyone happy forever.
