The game had quickly turned from gold to dust liam almost got into a fight with a player from devenford prep kira was benched and I was now sitting beside kira and liam Brett and Garrett had rammed into each other liam and Brett lay on the ground hurt I rushed towards them as liam moved in pain
"How hard did you hit him?" Scott asked I looked to see liam had twisted his arm I winced at that
"I didn't he hit me" liam says I nodded
"Close your eyes" I instructed him he nods as I placed my hands around his arm and twisted it back effortlessly
"Ow" liam cried out I rolled my eyes
"Are you cut? did Garrett cut you?" Scott asked I looked liam over for injuries
"No no I'm okay"he says I sighed
"Then he missed" Scott says I shook my head
"I don't think he missed assassin's don't miss" I said looking over at him
"What do you mean?" Liam asked
"It's you liam you're the one he's after" Scott says

Liam walks over to me and Scott as I was currently hugging him
"Jade?can't breathe" he wheezed out I let him go laughing lightly
"I talked to coach I'm out for the rest of the game" liam says we turned to him
"What are you gonna do? you can't be out there by yourself" I told him my chest rising and falling in worry he grabs my hand
"I don't know something's still not right we're missing something"Scott says stiles walks over
"Guys Lydia just broke third of the list" stiles said I looked at him
"Am I on it?" Liam asked it all then clicked
"He didn't miss" I said rushing off I ran inside the boys locker room I then felt electricity run through me I winced as I fell
"I've got you now werecat" she says brushing the hair from my face she took out a gold rod digging it deep in my side I squeezed my eyes shut
"You just put 30 million in my pocket" she whispers and my eyes closed
Scott POV
The cops soon arrived and left I smelled her scent but I didn't see her my eyes darted to the floor seeing a trail of blood I followed it slouched upon the lockers was jade panting heavily holding her side hand covered in massive amounts of blood she was pale
"Stiles" I called out as I rushed to her
"Scott" she says voice barely above a whisper as I took in her state
"Scott.... Holy shit" he says once he sees her I grabbed her slowly in my arms as she cried out in pain I finally got her in my arms holding her bridal styled liam stood there in shock once I turned around
"I'll bring the jeep around" stiles says rushing out
"What can I do Scott?"liam asked I shook my head this is what I was afraid of
"I'll heal in days I'll be fine.....just I need to wrap up the wound I'm losing too much blood" she says before I hear a horn blowing in panic she had fallen unconscious we all got in the jeep me and liam in the back as stiles drove towards the vet
"Cmon stiles she's losing a lot of blood man" liam says
"Almost there!" Stiles yells I focused on taking her pain squeezing my eyes shut she was in so much pain her gasp made me stop as she pulled her hand from mine wincing in pain
"Don't I don't want you to take my pain" she says I shook my head
"You're dying jade you're losing too much blood" liam tells her her eyes waters up
"We're here!" Stiles yells jumping out of the jeep ripping the door open I jumped out rushing over stiles rushed inside and I heard footsteps
"What happened?" Derek asked taking her from me we all walked inside
Jade POV
"I'm okay Derek" I said he shakes his head
"We've gotta wrap this wound up" deaton says I cried out once the laid me on the table
"Is he alright....did I save him?" I asked looking over at Brett who had yellow mist coming from his chest
"He's gonna be fine what you did was brave but risky" deaton says I smiled
"If it makes you feel any better then I totally didn't see that coming" I said as they sat me up so they could wrap up my wound
"We've gotta activate her healing process..... It'll work faster if she's fully shifted" Derek says I nodded
"How long would it take?"Stiles asked
"a minimum of 5 hours.....depends on how deep she cut her" deaton says I shook my head
"Not that deep" I said Scott takes a step forward
"I know you get angry when I do this but that's what we need right now"he says until he was grabbing my hands helping me off the metal table he glows his eyes making mine glow that was enough to make me change

Nobody's POV
Everyone watched in awe as jade fully changed and began circling Scott deaton perked up at that jade seemed to protect him not letting anyone near him
"What is she doing?"stiles asked
"some werecheetahs are very
territorial.... She's protecting you" deaton explains
"This is awesome"stiles says now he didn't have to worry about his best friend anymore
"what do you mean?"Scott asked confused
"while you're busy saving everyone else whose gonna save you ?"stiles asked Scott looked down shrugging off his jacket as she shifted back placing his jacket around her she smiles at him
