(Melody's POV)

So I wake up this morning hoping that today will be drama free. Trey's surprise should be here ANY minute now...

-AT SCHOOL-

(Trey's POV)

Just got to school and I'm looking around for Melody. Then someone covered my eyes...

???: Guess who?!

Me: Well you're NOT Melody...

???: *Giggles* I know. Second guess!

Me: You sound like this girl I used to know... Mmm... *Turns around and tickles her* Mackenzie!

Mackenzie: *Laughs* Yep!

Me: How'd you get here?

Melody: *Walks over to them* By me!!!

Me: Wow... Thanks, babe! But how did you find her?

Mackenzie: She came out to LA one day... The days when you and I were best friends.

Me: Really? That's AMAZING!

Melody: Yep! Plus she's here as a visitor, so she'll be here all day.

Me: Wow! Thanks, Mel! *Kisses her cheek* Hey, I'm gonna show Mackenzie around. You cool?

Melody: Yea, you're good... Have fun!

Me: Thanks!

I walked off with Mackenzie and started showing her around.

(Melody's POV)

I guess I'll just go see where everybody else is at. I think I'll go look for- oh... There she is!

Me: Hey! Is everything alright with you and Craig?

Ja'Shayla: Yea, we're fine.

Me: So what're you about to do, now?

Ja'Shayla: Girl, I don't know. But how are you and Trey doing?

Me: I just brought his old best friend Mackenzie here, so you know...

Ja'Shayla: Oooh... Well I think it's nice that you brought her here. *Smiles*

Me: I guess... *Sighs*

Ja'Shayla: What's wrong?

Me: What if he wants her instead of me?

Ja'Shayla: Girl, please! I highly doubt that!

Me: I don't know...

Ja'Shayla: I think y'all will be FINE! Don't over exaggerate like Sophie and Sophia do, please. They're a mess!

Sophie and Sophia: *Walk up from behind them and talk in unison* I heard that!

Me: Well... I mean...

Sophie: There's nothing to worry about! *Smiles*

Sophia: Right! He hasn't seen her in a while, so you know...

Me: *Sighs* I guess...

-AFTER SCHOOL-

So Trey hasn't spoken to me ALL day... It's as if he was avoiding me... Where IS he?

Trey: *Walking outside and talking with Mackenzie*

Well I saw him... I can't BELIEVE he sat up there and didn't say anything. I'm going home... ForGET it...

-AT THE HOUSE-

Me: *Calls Sophie*

Sophie: *Picks up* Yo, yo, yo! You got Sophie on the line! What's good?!

Me: Sophia's BROTHER!!!

Sophie: Oh God... What happened?

Me: He hasn't said anything to me since I brought Mackenzie here. This is getting on my nerves!

Sophie: Come on... I think you're being a little dramatic...

Me: No, Sophie... It all makes sense... She's skinnier, funnier, and prettier than I am and Trey's gonna fall for her.

Sophie: Mel-

Me: *Sighs* Ya know... I'll talk to you tomorrow... Bye... *Hangs up*

I just hung up and deleted him as a contact in my phone... Maybe he'll call... Or maybe he won't... Whatever... I'm so done for the night.

-AT SOPHIE'S HOUSE-

(Sophie's POV)

So I'm pretty sure Melody's been emotionally traumatized. I feel sorry for her... I didn't want to tell her to come here and fix it because Mackenzie's here... But I'm about to feel REAL sorry for- hold on...

**Doorbell rings**

Me: *Runs downstairs*

Sophia: *Opens the door* Hey Khalil! *Smiles*

Khalil: *Hugs her* Hey Sophia!

Me: Heeey Khalil!!!! Where's my 15 bucks, at?

Sophia: *Rolls her eyes*

Khalil: *Pays her*

Me: Thanks! Oh, and Sophia can I talk to you for a second?

Sophia: UUUGGGHHH!!!! Fine!

Me: *Rolls my eyes and takes her in the kitchen*

Sophia: What is it?

Me: Melody.

Sophia: What's wrong with her? Is she okay?

Me: She feels insecure and neglected, again...

Sophia: Why?

Me: Mackenzie... She knew that was his best friend, but now he's completely ignoring her...

Sophia: Well call Ja'Shayla about it. I gotta help this fool with his math.

Me: *Goes upstairs and calls Ja'Shayla and tells her everything*

Ja'Shayla: Dag... Really?

Me: Yea... It's pretty bad.

Ja'Shayla: She didn't cry, did she?

Me: No. She just sounded really mad.

Ja'Shayla: Do I need to come over there and whoop him?

Me: *Laughs* No... I'LL be the one doing that. Let's just see how long it takes him to realize that she's upset...

Ja'Shayla: Oh Lord... THIS may be a while...

Me: True chizz...

Ja'Shayla: Well I gotta go. Craig and I have a date.

Me: Kay. Bye!

We hung up and I went to the living room. Everybody had left because my mom was here.

Me: Hey, mom!

Mom: Hey, sweetie... Trey. Sophia. I have something to tell you...

I sat on the couch and looked at my mother's face. I could tell that I wasn't gonna like the news...

Trey: What's wrong?

Mom: The next month is going to be your last, here.

Sophia: Wait... What do you mean?

Mom: I mean, you're going to have to move back to LA in order to see if you can stay with a family member...

Me: *Goes ballistic* WHAT?!?! You mean to TELL ME that you're sending off my BEST FRIENDS BACK HOME?!?! They're NOT safe there, and you know it!

Mom: Sophie-

Me: I'm sorry... I'm not listening to this any longer... I'm going to bed...

I went upstairs and laid in my bed... I truly can't believe that they're going back to LA... This SUCKS, man...

Well... There's chapter 12. I'm sorry for the LONGEST wait possible... But what will Trey say to Melody? Will he even say anything at ALL?
