chapter 32: i think i found your girl

wills pov//
i looked at kyle and he looked at me.

kyle-"go after her dude. i will wait."

so i did. i walk up the steps with a bit of hesitation. i peer into her room but i notice she is fast asleep. she is cute when she is a sleep. the way she grips onto the blankets like she will somehow drift away from them. the way her nose crinkles when she breathes. i slightly nudged her. she opened her dark blue eyes and her face didn't look pleased to see me.

luna-"what do you want."

will-"to say i'm sorry."

luna-"i miss him. i miss them."

will-"i know you do."

luna-"it has been killing me to not know how they felt and i finally got a sign and you knew about it. how long did you know for?"

will-"only this morning."

luna-"oh. still. i called him today."

my eyes widened out of curiosity. why would she do that. could i be jealous of her and those two twins? no...maybe?

will-"well what did he say?"

luna-"it was good to hear his voice. it made me feel happier again and i talked to his little sister who felt like my little sister at one point."

she looked down and laughed a bit. i smile started to creep across her face. she is happy with them and i know it. i need to reach out to her. her smile was priceless actually. i took out my phone and took a picture.

luna-"what was that for?"

will-"well i like to see you happy. when your sad you can see this picture and it will remind you of good things."

luna-"thanks."

she slowly went back to sleep. i tucked her under the covers and let her sleep. i went back downstairs and kyle was waiting.

kyle-"all good?"

will-"no yet."

kyle-"what do you have in mind?"

will-"oh you will see."

marcus pov//
me and martinus were going through more dms. nobody was close to finding her. there was one girl that i though had found her but it wasn't her. i was so close to giving up when martinus and i got another dm. it was from a boy.

martinus-"marcus we got another one."

marcus-"hm it's from a boy. let's check it out."

i opened the dm and so a picture of a blonde girl smiling with piercing blue eyes. i looked closer and saw it was luna! oh my god i could believe it's her. my heart suddenly raised three levels. someone found her!

marcus-"MARTINUS SOMEONE FOUND HER!"

martinus-"NO WAY THATS HER! but wait! have him send a video because he could have gotten that picture anywhere."

i started typing back.

@marcusandmartinus thats her! but wait send a video of her because you could have gotten that photo anywhere.

@w_jensen we spoke on the phone marcus. it's me will. luna's stepbrother. i will send your. video right now.

@marcusandmartinus will! so you decided to help us i see.

marcus-"martinus its will! luna's stepbrother! he is finally helping us."

martinus-"well good. what took him so long!"

@w_jensen well after she saw your interview of you having a breakdown she got mad at me for not telling her. i hated to see her upset and i though keeping you guys out of her life would help but clearly it made her life worse. my friend kyle showed me your tweet about oslo and so here i am now. she still doesn't know about spektrum or this tweet so don't tell her i reached out to you. it will be a surprise. i will bring her to the concert and you will talk to her then. don't mess up. here's your video as proof.

he sent a video of luna. she was sleeping. he nudged her and she moved around. she was saying something under her breath. marcus, martinus she managed to mumble out. okay this is legit.

@marcusandmartinus well thank you. this means a lot to me and my brother. i will email you the tickets and see you on saturday. i won't mess up. i appreciate your help. your a good brother.

martinus-"what is he saying! show me!"

marcus-"its all legit! look at this video. she said my name! martinus we are gonna see her soon! she will be at spektrum!"

martinus-"did he say where they have been living?"

marcus-"no actually."

martinus-"give me the phone."

martinus took my phone and was reading the conversation. he watched the video of luna and a smile appeared across his face when he heard her say his name.

martinus-"oh wow. it's really her. i can't believe this marcus. we finally found her."

he was smiling so hard i don't know how his face didn't hurt but honestly i couldn't stop smiling either. i couldn't have been happier. i would see my luna in just five days now.

luna's pov//
i woke up and saw will was gone. he must be with kyle or something. only five more days til it's saturday. i have been asleep for almost two hours! i still feel so tired though. i went to go find my journal because i hadn't wrote in such a long time. i looked at my bag and it wasn't there. i did take it with me right? i sure hope so. it's probably still in some suitcases.

~half an hour later~

my room was torn apart. i couldn't find my journal anywhere! where could it have gone? i started freaking out. all my stuff is in there everything. my feelings my songs oh my god oh my god. what do i do? did will take it? i started having a panic attack.

luna-"WILL!"

he came running upstairs. he looked around and was shocked.

will-"what happened in here? the place is a mess!"

luna-"if you took my journal i might kill you! that's so important to me. please tell me you have it!"

will-"i'm sorry luna i don't!"

luna-"i looked everywhere. it's gone!"

i melted into a ball on the floor. will came over to my side and patted my back. it made me think of marcus rubbing my back. i could use that.

will-"you will find it. i promise."

what if i never see my journal again. or worse. what if someone finds it. all my feelings are in there. marcus. martinus. my family. everything! i can't live without it. i looked up and saw will on instagram. it looked like he was dming someone. probably some girl.
