Destined to be a Malfoy

Chapter 4: Orchideous

Orchideous: Makes a bouquet of flowers appear out of the caster's wand.

~ The constellations were bound to be together, yet why were they so far apart?~

Every day the Malfoy's were busy preparing for the engagement coming up in just a couple of days. Ara would be present sometimes to help but the rest of her time would be spent with her father, talking about everything to nothing.

Draco would occasionally watch them by the door when he felt like it. 

The light conversations would calm them all from the ruckus happening soon. It was the only thing that really kept them going.

Ara had received a letter from Hermione the next day after she sent the letters.

Dear Ara,

Do not worry. We will be there for you no matter what happens. There's got to be a way to get out of this. I'm going to re-read every book we've had from Hogwarts to try and find some loophole. I just know there's something that can help. 

The engagement won't affect you both that much, just a little light contact daily such as holding hands or feet touching. But when you both get bonded, that's where it get's scary. You have a whole year before that though. I know I can find something, just believe in me.

You're a strong girl Ara, and I love you very much. We'll get through this together. I mean it's not like you're getting expelled, right?

Ara's heart lightened a little after reading Hermione's determined ideas. That girl of her's always knew the answer, Ara believed she would find an answer to this as well.

A couple of hours later Ara received a letter from Ron and then Harry.

Dear Ara,

Bloody hell. Of all the people you had to get engaged to, it had to Malfoy. I'm going to kill that git if he lays a finger on you, mark my words. I'm pretty sure Hermione can find a solution to this mess. It's Hermione we're talking about! She'll be coming in a week anyway, and I'm even WILLING to help her search for something that will help you out of this. I'll always be there for you as long as you don't make lovey-gooey eyes to the git.

We will find a way out of this. The Malfoy's are always up to something, we'll get you out of their way as fast as we can. Stay strong.
