Muffliato: This spell fills people's ears with an unidentifiable buzzing to keep them from hearing nearby conversations.
~Lumos~
~Winter died, and spring started to bloom, bloom hope. Hope? Wouldn't that be our constellations, so where could they be?~
Draco was quiet. Very quiet. He would wake early, and stay shut in Lucius's study the entire time.
Plotting, plotting something Ara wouldn't be informed of.
She was annoyed at the fact that Draco was about to inform her only when he was vulnerable. But that moment was gone the next morning as if nothing happened. He would ignore her and only stay close to her at night to fill in their bond cravings.
One night, he ignored the bond cravings and shut himself during the night in the study.
The bond couldn't tolerate that, and both Draco and Ara cried in pain.
Pain everywhere.
But Draco wouldn't oblige to the wrecked bond.
He tried ignoring it and continued to plot.
Ara wouldn't stoop low to come crawling to Draco, so she sought to hug herself most of the night. When twilight arrived, she couldn't bear the pain. This was worse than the Cruciatus Curse, as it caused her heart to clench as if someone was squeezing it and playing with it. As if it were a toy.
Her heart was fragile, no matter how hard she tried to portray herself as strong.
Pathetic.
Tears started to roll down her cheeks, she couldn't bear it.
A dementor seemed to suck out her happiness and hope. About to suck out her soul.
Hope.
She looked out at the window, searching for the stars. The Constellations. Draco.
Nothing, blank, empty.
At that moment, Draco entered the room looking weak, yet he seemed to hold it better than Ara.
He flung himself over to her, wrapping his arms around her shoulders, while she stood still.
They stayed there for minutes, or hours.
But it didn't matter as they were there.
Together.
~
Their summer consisted of boring days for Ara where she would depend on the bond cravings, while stressful planning days for Draco.
No words were spoken.
Their relationship after the bond worsened.
And Ara couldn't help but feel a hollow in her heart at the thought of that.
She decided once school started, Draco would be in a better atmosphere. Therefore she would inquire about his task without causing any problems. Draco would be better at Hogwarts.
