David Parker tried.

He tried his best to save his daughter, every day since Lucius had cast some unbreakable promise. He was so depressed at the thought of his little angel getting married at an unreasonable age, he forgot to care for his wife. His wife sooner or later started getting weaker day by day ever since the birth of their daughter. A year later after Ara had turned 3, she had passed away. David was left all alone with his daughter, who would leave him in a couple of years too.

Lucius made sure to keep a spell on David and his home, this spell would not allow David to speak or perform any actions regarding the unbreakable vow.

Whenever David tried either by speaking, writing, showing signs about this, he would be burned. Small patches of burnt marks were all over his skin, which would eventually heal and be completely gone in a couple of weeks.

Indeed, David Parker tried.

----1993 (12 years later)----

Ara Parker.

A beautiful 13-year-old, with brown hair along with some dirty blond streaks. Her hazel brown eyes and cute little nose definitely defined her beauty. She was a kind and funny girl who you wouldn't want to mess with.

She had gotten her Hogwarts letter 2 years ago. She was shocked to know that magic was real.

When she had informed her father about this, he hadn't seemed much shocked like her. She did seem a little suspicious about this, but her father seemed to be getting a little distant with her those days.

She was sorted into Gryffindor, and eventually became close friends with Hermione Granger. A smart and sassy Witch whom she loved dearly. Something about that girl seemed to make Ara smile and whenever the red-headed boy would make fun of her friend she would hex him.

Sooner or later, the girls became friends with the boys, the red-headed git and the cute little green-eyed boy.

Their first year was a blast, and Ara was proud to say she was best friends with Hermione Granger, Ronald Weasley, and Harry Potter.

Their second year was a little scary, regarding the fact that Ron's little sister almost died, and Hermione had gotten petrified!

But the third year was another scary year. Sirius Black had escaped and was surprisingly Harry's godfather!

In the midst of their three magical school years, there was another annoying git. This one wasn't a redhead, instead, he had white blond hair. A pointy chin, and bluish grey eyes.

He was not attractive at all.

Ara fancied Harry, and well hoped her feelings were returned.

She hated Malfoy. That was very clear, especially around Hogwarts.

Harry Potter and his friends were known to be enemies with Malfoy, but Ara and Malfoy were the worst.

Both had gotten into many fights where they almost got expelled. But Malfoy's father had saved them. Though Ara didn't know why he would ever save her. She kept quiet, relieved not to be expelled or else Hermione would kill her!

Her third year was almost over, she had helped Harry and Hermione save Sirius and Buckbeak. They had one more week before it was their summer vacation.
