Eren once again woke up late for school, except this time Mikasa didn't wake him up.
"Mikasa!" Eren angrily said throwing his covers off of his warm body, immediately getting hit by a wave of cold air. "You didn't wake me up!" He yelled from his room grabbing his uniform which was still wrinkly but had a new addition to it, a medium sized brown stain on his white shirt. But Eren didn't care, he just couldn't be late for school. He's already gotten in enough trouble and he didn't want to get in more by being late even though how much he didn't want to go.
"Its not my job to wake you up Eren, you should do that by yourself!" Mikasa shouted from outside his door.
Eren grunted in response and grabbed all the nesscary items he needed for school and class in record time. He opened his door to be greeted with Mikasa standing there with an apple in her hand for him.
"Thanks." He murmered grabbing the apple and they headed out after telling mom bye. Father was already gone at work. He usually had morning shifts and was gone by the time Eren and Mikasa woke up for school. Eren didn't know how his dad could do that every day. He can barely get up for school on time five times a week.
Eren and Mikasa greeted Armin who was waiting at the corner for them already patiently. They walked down the pathway to school as they kept a small conversation going back and forth.

"Stop it Eren!" Armin squeaked as Eren pushed Jean back right after Jean "accidentally" got shoved into Eren.
Jean glared at Eren, swiftly walking back to him and raised his fist toward Eren. He was about to swing his arm down before Armin got in front of irked Eren.
"Eren didn't mean it! I'm sorry Jean, please don't start anything." Armin said wearily, wondering if Jean was going to now swing at him for getting in the middle of things.
Jean just rolled his eyes "You better be glad you had Blondie here to stop me or I would've beat the shit out of you." Jean scoffed, starting to walk away
Eren was about to chase after him, only to start more trouble before Armin pulled him back "Drop it Eren, he isn't worth it." Armin commented before Eren nodded hesitantly and they walked to class together.

6th Period came quickly. Eren walked into the classroom where most of the class was already there, anxious to know what happened to their English teacher.
He looked around, spotting no teacher in sight yet. He wondered how Mr.Harris was doing, when was he going to come back? Eren hoped not for a long time because he frankily wasn't very fond of Mr.Harris. Or any other teachers.
Eren took his regular seat, in the very front. He hated being placed in the front. He always preferred the back but was never put there.
As soon as he sat down, Mr.Smith came into the room.
"Everyone please take their seats." He spoke and the students all scrambled to their seats. "Mr.Harris is in the hospital right now and won't be back for a while." 'Thank god' Eren thought. "For the time being, we will be having a substitute. Please be nice for him. He's new and barely accepted this." He said and on Que the substitute walked in.
Erwin nodded at the substitute before walking out and down to his office. Eren hardly glanced up before Levi came into his site.
