"JASPER! WAIT FOR ME!" Ruby called. "Just stay back, Ruby, he's mine," Jasper yelled back, speeding up. "Gaaah! You don't even know where this guy is!" Ruby yelled back. Jasper ignored him and just kept running.
Ten minutes later
Jasper ran into an old abandoned warehouse. She looked back to where she had last seen Ruby. She saw him panting and gasping for a breath. 'Sorry buddy,' Jasper thought to herself.
Jasper went into the warehouse and saw a the man she was looking for. "Hey you!" She yelled. The man turned around, looking annoyed, "What do you think your sling here, kid?" "You hurt my friends with your little stunt at the movie theatre," she replied. "Oh, hahaha, that," the man laughed. Jasper growled and charged at him. The man held up a gun to her. She stopped in her tracks. "I don't wanna have to do this kiddo," he said.
He was about to pull the trigger when Ruby came out of nowhere a kicked him in the face. The man grunted and shot three times at Ruby. One bullet went through his arm. "Now you've done it!" Jasper roared. She attacked the man, put one foot on him and grabbed his gun. Jasper took out her phone and called 911, and asked for an ambulance. "We are on our way, miss," the man on the phone said.
