I was crazy.. I WAS crazy! How could I take this boys hand? I've known him for a day, a day! My father would be disappointed. The boy acted as if it were nothing. Taking me away from my kingdom, or my old kingdom, didn't seem to cause him any guilt. The boy had taken us outside the gates of the castle.

"How-How did you do this?!" I yelled in shock.

"No time follow me!" He said yanking me away. I held on to his hand tight as he led us through the woods.

He would occasionally glance back at me to see if I were alright, and every time I would smile. I took in the scenery as fast as I could. The dark and bright greens, the moss clinging from the trees, and the small blue birds flying. My thoughts were taken away when we came to a stop.

In front of us was a carriage. It was green with slight touches of brown here and there. It would be pulled by the prettiest white horses I have ever seen, and it looked as if their hooves didn't touch the ground.

"Come along, your people aren't far behind.." I walked behind him and entered the carriage. There were to benches, and I took the one closest to the window. He let out a tiny laugh and sat by me. "What?" I finally said after a moment of silence. "You are quite the princess.." I noticed how I was sitting with good posture even in the carriage, and how I had my hands laid perfectly in my lap.

"Sorry, just a habit." I said loosening up.. As I began to speak again it felt like the carriage had been lifted up io the air. I quickly grabbed onto Peter's arm. He pulled my arm off of his arm and brought it to his hand and held it. He looked from my hand to my face, and quickly let it go.

I blushed and looked out the window. We were just above the forest, and I watched as the men followed the carriage only to be stopped by the thick thorns that kept the intruders from entering and leaving our kingdom. I gasped and turned to him..

"How is this possible?" I said sitting back down "this only happens in fairy tails!"

"How do you know we're not in a fairy tail?" He said grabbing his glass again. "The carriage runs on pixie dust, it only comes from Neverland.." I nodded..

"What is 'Neverland'?" I said scooting closer.

"You'll find out soon enough." He said grabbing a glass. I took my eyes away for a moment to look out the window.

"So tell me about yourself, your highness." I looked back at him. He was sitting slightly slouched in the chair with a glass,of what I supposed was whiskey, in his hand.

"What do you want to know?" The question he was asking wasn't specific enough for me.

"How old are you?" He said and he took a sip of his drink. "Seventeen, And you?"

He smirked "eighteen, but it feels like I've been eighteen for forever" I laughed at his silly thought. "What's so funny, girl?" My eyes widened as I realized he heard me. "A person can't stay eighteen forever! And I'm not 'girl' I'm Melody.."

"You'll see how a person stays eighteen forever, Melody.."

"So why were you so generous to take me?" He sat up from his slouching position.

"Don't think of it as a generous offer, Melody. Think of it as a deal. I saved you so now you have to return the favor." His eyes never looked away from mine, not once.

"Well what would you like me to do?"
