4 Days later-Saturday

I woke up at 8:30am, which is quite late for me, I decided to do what I usually do at the weekends which is go for a morning jog, there would be a couple more people jogging today as normally I get up earlier, but it wouldn't matter, I dragged myself out of bed and rinsed my face to wake me up, I brushed my hair and put it in a high pony tail, I threw on some adidas leggings with a sports bra and a loose, grey shirt, I grabbed my phone and headphones and headed out the hotel, I decided to jog to the nearest shop so I could buy some groceries.

I had soon arrived back from the shop, I started to run the shower water and quickly checked my phone to see if Shawn had texted me, I still didn't know where we were meeting and what time, I found out that he still hadn't texted me maybe he just woke up late I thought to myself. I shook it off and hopped in the shower.

One long and refreshing shower later I had got dressed and done my hair and makeup, I didn't want to dress up too much, but I didn't want to dress down either, so I wore some black, ripped skinny jeans with a white oversized jumper. After running about and not having a sit down for the whole morning I decided to collapse onto the bed, it was now 10:15 and I still had no text from Shawn, I didn't want to seem desperate, but I made sure I had no plans today so I could meet him... maybe he just decided to take advantage of me because of being in an abusive relationship, although I decided to phone him anyway, I found his contact in my phone and clicked the phone button, it then started to ring, I put my phone to my ear, and after the third ring he picked up "Hello" he said, I took a deep breath "Hey Shawn, it's Alysia" I said, in a cheery and positive voice "oh hey Alysia, I was just about to text you about meeting for coffee" I sighed in relief "what time would you like to meet?" He asked, I thought for a bit "Maybe now? But only if that's okay with you" I said, I waited a bit whilst the phone line was silent "yeah, I can pick you up now, what's your address?" He asked "oh...well" I said, my tone of voice changing "I'm actually staying at the Comfort Inn hotel, you know, because of my boyfriend" I couldn't believe I was actually telling a boy I had only met twice before, why I was staying in the hotel "aw, poor thing. It's okay Hunny, I'll pick you up from your hotel, I'll text you when I'm outside" he told me, "thank you" I said, and with that we ended the call now I just wait I thought to myself, I checked Twitter whilst waiting for my text from him, realising that we were going out for coffee, and I don't like coffee. "Well it's too late now you idiot" I said to myself, I could just order something else. I was about to check my snapchat when I got a text from Shawn saying
Shawn: I'm outside the hotel now:)x
He sent me a kiss, what a cutie! I jumped off the bed and checked myself out in the mirror to make sure I looked okay, I then opened my door and confidently walked outside to greet Shawn.

"Heyy" I said loudly and confidently "Hey" Shawn said, a bit quieter, he seemed quite shy, which was strange. "So where are we going?" I asked him as we hopped into his car "you'll see" he said smirking. We sat in a comfortable silence in the car until we had arrived at the coffee shop. "Starbucks... really? I mean, I love Starbucks, but it's not very original!" I said giggling, Shawn shrugged "at least you like Starbucks!" He said, opening the shop door for me "who doesn't?!" I cried, he nodded in agreement, we looked around the shop for a table and I found one in the corner next to the window "you go save the table and I'll order our drinks" Shawn told me "okay" I said "could you get me a large chocolate cream please" I asked him, he nodded and walked over to the cue of people whilst I slowly trotted over to our table.
Shawn soon arrived over to our table, he sat down and passed me my drink "so, your not much of a coffee person then" he said, I shook my head, "so, let's get to know each other. First the basics, what's your name?" He asked me, I laughed slightly at the silly question "you already know my name!" I told him, he shook his head laughing "no, your full name" he said "Alysia, Joanne Johnston" I told him "and yours is?" I asked "Shawn Peter Raul Mendes" he said, "how old are you?" I asked him, "couldn't' you tell by my height and the fact that I drive?" He asked, I shook my head giggling "I'm 18, my birthday is 8th of August, what about you" he told me "18?! Well, I'm 16 and my birthday is January 15th" I told him, we had a nice long conversation just getting to know each other. I now know everything there is to know about Shawn Mendes. Even though this was the first time properly meeting him, it feels like we're going to be great friends.

After an amazing morning at Starbucks, Shawn had to get home, he drove me back to my hotel "thank you for this morning, I had a great time" I told him, he nodded "anytime hunny" I smiled, I loved it when he called me that "shall we meet again?" He asked, my face lit up "yeah defiantly! When?" I replied, he smiled at my reaction "maybe tomorrow at my place?" He asked, I nodded "yeah, I'm down with that!" I told him "okay then, see you tomorrow Sia!" He said, we waved goodbye as he got back into his car, I walked into the hotel thinking about Shawn and the amazing morning I had, even though I only had to wait the rest of the day, I couldn't bare to wait to see Shawn again. I think I'm falling for Shawn Mendes.
