I had checked in at the hotel and collapsed onto the bed, the room wasn't the biggest, but it would have to do for now, it had a double bed in the centre of the room with a small tv opposite, there was a small desk and wardrobe with a fitted mirror, the bathroom was next to the door, it had what you would expect, a toilet (obviously) sink, with a fairly large area for wash bags and makeup, and a bath with a shower head. There was no balcony but a long length window which looked out into the car park.

I was starting to get hungry so I decided to go down to the restaurant to have a quick meal as I hadn't eaten yet, I touched up my mascara slightly and slid on some comfier shoes and then grabbed my phone and room key and headed down to the restaurant. "Hello, have you booked any reservations?" The lady at the desk asked "um, no, I would just like a table for one please" I said politely "What time would you like that table miss?" The women asked, with a wide fake smile "now if that's possible" I said, the women nodded, but rolled her eyes, she clearly didn't want to be there. She was looking through her several sheets of paper and then looked up at me "it's your lucky day, there is a table for one over here, if you just follow me" I followed the women to the corner of the room "here is your menu, someone will be here to serve you shortly" she said, handing me the menu "thank you" I smiled, i took the menu and had a flick through it, there wasn't much I was interested in having so I just ordered a carbonara.

The food had finally arrived and I had devoured it in minutes, once I had finished I grabbed my phone and room key off the table and walked out the restaurant and thanked the women at the desk as I walked past, Breakfast, lunch and dinner was all exclusive with the hotel. I jogged up the stairs until I arrived on my floor and walked to the end of the corridor where my room was, I carefully slotted the key into the rectangular shaped hole and then pushed the door open. Even though it was only 7:30, I was knackered! I shut the door and started unpacking my bag into the wardrobe, I don't normally unpack when I'm in hotels, but since I didn't know how long I was staying for I decided to be organised. Once everything was unpacked I slipped on my pyjamas and removed my makeup, I brushed my teeth and hopped into the bed, snuggling under the duvet, I flicked through the channels on the tv, but found nothing worth watching, so I grabbed my laptop and logged onto netflix, I scrolled through the films and decided to watch The Fault In Our Stars, for some reason I just find that film easy to fall asleep to. I fell asleep midway through the film, without checking my phone once. I hadn't done that for ages!
