I pushed the rectangular key in the wide key hole and shoved the door open to my hotel room, I walked in and turned the lights on and shut the door, I collapsed onto the bed and exhaled loudly, I sat myself up and ruffled my hand through my messy hair, knowing Alysia was in hospital because of me has been stopping me from sleeping, I'm just glad that she remembers me, if she didn't I don't know what I would do. Normally in a situation like this I would grab my guitar and play a song to calm me, although I didn't bring it, so instead I grabbed my phone and opened up the notes app and started writing more of my song until the end of the night, I wanted to complete it.

Alysia's p.o.v
I was laying in the rock hard hospital bed, the room was dark but the lights in the hall way were on, I looked next to me and saw my phone sat on the side of the bed, I tried grabbing it to check the time but it was on the side of my injured arm and it hurt to much to grab it, so instead I just laid myself back gently, I could only assume that it was around 2:00am as it was around an hour after Shawn had left. I had to have a cast put on me later in the day before I leave and as I would be leaving the hospital and going home to dad I should probably get some sleep. I knew this, although I've been sleeping for a couple of days so I'm wide awake, the last thing I want to do is sleep.

I saw a nurse walk past my door in the hall way, so even though the door was closed I tried calling for her, and thankfully she heard me, she turned to the door and gently opened it "did you say something love?" She asked sweetly, I nodded and she walked into the room "what do you need?" She asked, I said quietly, feeling quite embarrassed "I can't reach my phone as it hurts to much to move, it's just there" I gestured with my eyes to where my phone was, "could you pass it to me please" the nurse nodded and passed my phone to me "anything else?" She asked, I nodded
"Yes, in my bag over there" I then pointed to the bag at the end of my bed "I think there's some earphones I can see poking out the top, would you mind passing them to me too please" she nodded and pulled the earphones out my bag, she also plugged them into my phone "thank you" I said, she nodded then walked out, gently closing the door, I put the earphones in my ears and unlocked my phone with my strong hand and clicked on my Spotify, I then went to my favourite playlist and started playing the music in my ears, quietly singing along to the songs until I soon ended up falling asleep.

Sorry this is a pretty bad chapter, it's a bit of a filler chapter tbh, but the next chapters will hopefully be better!
