Chapter 9

Onyx’s POV

Hello my Dark Angel I hope you’re doing well and I hope you love this music there are words but until we meet you will not hear them. I wrote this just for you it’s beautiful and soft but the words are not just like you on the outside you’re hard you don’t show emotion but on the inside you’re sweet and caring. This cd is for you I hope you like it your next present will be right under your nose so be on the lookout

I wanted to cry the song sounded beautiful I loved it then the bell rang. I took the cd put it in my bag and walked to second period when I walked in Brandon and Dante looked ready to kill someone. They looked up and glared at me I tried not to laugh which a lot of the kids in class were doing. I walked to my seat and just waited to get out of class to French with Roxy.

Ring Ring

I went straight to French avoiding the guys I sat down next Roxy who was giggling. We talked and laughed till the bell rang and we headed to lunch and sat down with the rest of the girls.

“Did you see their faces they look ready to kill someone.” Emily laughed

“I know Alex kept glaring at me in A.P. History” Raven said.

Suddenly arms were on either side of all of us and I felt hot breath on the side of my face.

“You guys think this is funny” Xavier breathed in my ear I shivered.

“It’s not!” Brandon said getting closer to Emily.

“We will get you back for this just you wait” Alex said really close to Raven they all walked away to a different table and we all just stared at each other.

After the bell rang I walked to class and sat down Xavier walked in just after the bell rang

“Xavier you are late again you have detention! And what on earth are you wearing!!” our teacher yelled.

“Whatever” he mumbled coming to sit next to me he sat down and just sat there not even talking to me and I thought maybe this would work after all. After the bell rang I made my way to the gym and changed sitting on the bleachers with the rest of the girls. The boys came out in there gym clothes we were laying volleyball and we needed teams of 5 so it was me Roxy, Raven, Scarlett, and Emily.

Of course the boys paired up all of them together they were the first to play and they played against these other guys then it was our turn and we won our match then it was time to change and go. They all came out still in their gym clothes I guess they’d rather be sweaty then in girls clothes.

It was finally the end of the day and I had to go to detention which I got more of for ditching first hour. I walked in and sat down at the back when guess who walks in? Xavier in all his glory you can just tell how happy I am.

He smirked and walked over sitting right next to me and since these were lab tables we were closer then I wanted to be. The teacher looked at us then went back to reading her beauty magazine if she really wanted beauty she should stop wearing a pound of makeup.
