What you see isn't what you get

Justin, a boy around 16 went to go shopping one day. With his mom. They were in an old antique shop, and Justin saw a beautiful girl about his age standing over by the books. Justin walked over to her and picked up a book. He pretended to read it but really he was looking at her. She introduced herself as Leila, short for Opheleila. She said "there are a lot of good books here." In a Ukrainian accent. Justin replied with, "yes, the books here are quite fascinating." She smiled at him and asked him if he'd like to hangout with her tomorrow. He said that he'd love that and he'd see her tomorrow.

In the morning he rushed downstairs and grabbed an apple then he was out the door. He walked to the oak and saw her reading a book on a bench. He casually walked over to her and greeted her. He asked if they could hangout tomorrow and she said yes. Then she gave him a keychain with a piece of metal as a charm. He gave her the apple since he had nothing to give. They talked a bit and the things Leila talked about were a little disturbing. She talked about her dog that fell in boiling grease. She mentioned how the first time she drove she ran over her brother. Justin told her kindly that he had to leave.

When Justin walked in the door to his house his mother said, "Justin you have a visitor"
A visitor who could it be? Thought Justin as he walked down the front hallway to the living room. When Justin turned the corner he saw Leila sitting on the couch. He said a bit scared, " you were just at the park how did you get here so fast." Leila replied with, "some questions can't be answered." Justin's mother told him to offer her something. So Justin offered her an apple. Leila replied with " that would be great" as Justin walked over to the kitchen he heard a scream. He quickly ran back to see his mom with a glass of water spilt next to her. "Mom? Why'd you scream?" Justin asked. "I knocked it by accident with my elbow" she said as she gave a little laugh. Justin told Leila to catch as he tossed the apple to her. Instead of catching it she sat there letting it hit her face.

The next day as soon as Justin woke up his sister said, "your girlfriend's here dork. And she's kinda creepy." Justin yelled after her "She's not my girlfriend!!" He went downstairs and saw Leila sitting there smiling. He asked "what are you doing all the time?" She didn't answer she just lost the smile. Justin noticed that this time Leila looked a bit different. She had dark circles under her eyes and her skin was a little paler. He offered her water, because of the way she was looking. She took the water and accidentally dropped the glass. "I'll get it" he said while walking towards the kitchen to get a broom.

He heard a scream while he was in the kitchen closet. He went around the corner to see Leila with bloody glass in her hand. Justin's sisters arms were slit open and she was crying. Justin screamed at Leila to get out but she didn't move. He screamed for his mom unable to run. Leila smiled and threw a black cloud at him. He dodged it and asked, "What are you doing?!" Leila's eyes started to darken and in seconds were just black pupils. Her face started to rip apart and her skin was hanging off her face. She took off her cloak and there was a dress with human flesh on it.
Justin ran upstairs to get his mom but he found her butchered in the hall. He started to cry and his sister screamed one last time before her heart was sawed out.

Before you could say the word stop Leila climbed up onto the roof and started screeching. She ran after Justin then dropped down on him and ate him from throat to toe.
