Hide under your bed

There once was a girl named Jade. She was a very rebellious girl. She didn't listen to her parents, ever, but she listened to one rule... If there's ever an emergency or a break in hide under your bed. Jade didn't understand why under her bed, but she knew she'd do that in case there were ever an emergency. Since Jade just moved into a new house with her mother and step father she decided to go explore. Jade walked up the long spiral staircase looking down at the ground the whole time. She walked upstairs and in the room that would be hers she saw a comfy twin size bed. That'll do. She thought to herself. She brought her 8 suitcases into the room and plopped them on the floor.

When Jade was younger they lived in an apartment building and there once was a terrorist attack. Jades mother told her to hide under her bed and that's what protected her that night. Except her father couldn't fit under his bed so he lost his life in protecting his family. Jade now will always hide under her bed when she feels unsafe.

Jades' mother and step father went to Boston for a weekend. So Jade was left alone at home with her pet hamster. She watched her favourite show called the killing. While she sat down with a huge bag of buttery popcorn and a can of pop she heard something. She thought maybe it was the door. She stood up and checked the door... Nothing was there. So next she was going to check her room. She checked in her room and she checked the hamster everything was fine. So she went back downstairs and un paused her show. It was in the middle of an action scene when Jade heard another noise. She checked out the peep hole in the door but she saw nothing. Then she heard loud banging at the door. She didn't even want to go near it. Then she heard scratching.

She ran upstairs into her room. She went to grab her dagger. She put the dagger in her back pocket then slid under her bed. She heard her big front door creek open. Then heard a shriek. She heard long scratch and drag sounds. Then she realized that she forgot to close her door. She thought too late now. Then from how far her door was open she could see a ghostly demonic girl pulling her upper body across the floor. Jade saw that the girl had no body which means she's only on the floor.... And Jade was on the floor! Jade was too in shock to even move so she sat there watching the creature find its way to her room.
Jade could feel the blood seeping out of her veins. Onto the floor she watched all of it create a flood and then she could feel the life drain out of her body.
