I would say close ur eyes and imagine this but then u can't read when ur eyes are closed.

Just imagine opening the door. Coming in putting ur keys in the bowl on the table in the entrance.

Walking in throwing ur bag in the living room.

"Mom, mom u there?" calling into the empty house

But getting no reply

Walking in to the kitchen and seeing a note that says

I will be home late tonight

ur dinner is in the fridge.

That feeling of having a mom but not feeling like u have one. Feeling like ur lucky to have a mom but feeling like a orphan.

I am Julie Parker and I am 16 years old. My dad went to jail when I was 4 years old. My mom works all day because she doesn't want to see me. She says I remind her of my dad. Since I was 4 I have Learnt how to live on my own. I learned how to cook when I was 8.

Life at school is almost the same. I only have two friends Sam and Jenny. Yea being in high school u would wonder I was a rich popular freak. Yep I am rich but nobody knows who I am. Nobody knows that I am the daughter of Kate Stone CEO of Stone Inc. I prefer to keep my identity a secret. That's why I am not so popular. I want people to kno me as Julie Parker not the daughter of Kate Stone.

Yes I would love to sit at the popular table. Get every guy to droll over me but no I have decided I will live my life as Julie Parker. A girl that moved from Oberg in grade 7.You might wonder why my last name is different from my moms. I kept my fathers name where as my mom decided to use her Maiden name.

Now that I am 16 turning 17 in about a month. I sit on the couch doing my pre-callus homework. I hate being in 11th grade. Everyone makes fun of me because I am still a virgin of everything.
