"Rose! I'm sorry," Aaliyah called as she walked across the training field to Rose who was practicing combat with her younger sister Lilly.

"Sorry? For what?" Rose asked as her sister, the spitting image of Rose walked over to another group of girls who were training.

"For being an ass, I shouldn't have snapped at you. I'm truly sorry." Aaliyah said.

"You don't need to apologize for stating your opinion, you are my Lady and I shouldn't have been rude," Rose said gently.

"No Rose, you're my Elite and I shouldn't have been such a bitch," Aaliyah said.

"I guess that you're right. And I shouldn't have pushed Eden returning onto you." Rose said with a half smile. Aaliyah nodded and smiled, glad that her friendship was back to normal. Suddenly a burst of light flashed at the end of the field, directly in Aaliyah's line of view and someone yelled.

"Aaliyah!" Eden yelled. Aaliyah whipped around to the sound of Eden's voice, her sight was momentarily damaged from the light so she couldn't see Eden for a second.

"Eden!" Aaliyah yelled blindly as she whipped around and sprinted across the training field to Eden, her purple ribbon blowing in the wind from its place tied to a piece of Aaliyah's hair. Their bodies collided as Eden wrapped her a bear hug. Aaliyah blinked quickly and her sight returned to normal.

"Purple suits you. My lady," Eden whispered into Aaliyah's ear.

"Hardly, it's been the worst three years without you," Aaliyah laughed as they pulled apart.

"Three whole years..." Eden whispered as she let her hand glide down from Aaliyah's neck to Aaliyah's waist.

"Where were you exactly?" Aaliyah asked. And the questions begin, Eden thought with a laugh.

"The underworld mostly, but Hecate told me that I sill had unfinished business to attend to and that I couldn't leave my immortal true love all alone. So, of course, I asked her what the hell she was talking about since the only true love I knew of was a small mortal twenty-something-year-old. Then she told me that you had made yourself immortal, to my complete and utter surprise." Eden sarcastically said as she raised her eyebrows at Aaliyah.

"About that..." Aaliyah started with a sheepish smile.

"It doesn't matter." Eden interrupted.

"All that matters is that we're finally together, at least that's what matters to me," Eden said, breathing in Aaliyah's scent. Oh, how I've missed you, Eden thought.

"Me too," Aaliyah whispered as she rested her head on Eden's collar bone.

"Aaliyah, would you like to see the world?" Eden asked.

"Leave the compound?" Aaliyah asked, surprised.

"Yes. We could set up a chain of command and leave the compound to its own devices. Aaliyah, this could be beautiful. Us traveling the world together!" Eden excitedly explained.

"Eden... Would you really be okay with leaving this? With running away with me?" Aaliyah asked.

"Yes, I've ruled this place for far too long. All I could think about in hell was you, was the fact that I was dead and you would never be able to travel because I had died and left you in command of my compound. It's time for us to go." Eden breathlessly said.

"Okay, Eden lets run away together. But we still need to appoint a new lady and establish a chain of command." Aaliyah said with a laugh.

"Who do you chose my Lady?" Eden asked.

"Elizabeth," Aaliyah called as a small plane brunette with very long hair rushed forward.

"Yes My Lady?" Elizabeth asked. Aaliyah unbraided her hair and handed Elizabeth the purple ribbon.

"Me? Are you sure?" Elizabeth asked.

"Yes, Rose doesn't want leadership and no one is smarter or more capable than you," Aaliyah said.

"Thank you so much!" Elizabeth smiled widely. Eden laughed softly and intertwined her hand with Aaliyah's.

"Let's run away now," Eden whispered softly into Aaliyah's ear.

"Now?" Aaliyah asked excitedly.

"Yes," Eden said as she pulled Aaliyah up to her body, Eden wrapped her hand behind Aaliyah's waist.

"Where to first then?" Aaliyah asked
