I stood by the entrance of her room; she was peacefully sleeping looking so welcoming. She was far from it, always complaining about vampires, and that mouth on her. Her criminal history was very long many of the things listed brought questions to my mind, especially the tattoos she bore. Another sign that she was going to be rebellious. She had a natural beauty I could see past her makeup at the showing. I wasn't going to get a pet; I never had a need for one. Over the last few months though, I've grown lonely and in need of something different. Everyone always listened and that got tiring from time to time. She spoke her mind, or I read it.

I walked over to her sliding the cover under her so I could cover her with it. I let go of the cover moving back as she turned in the bed letting out a quite moan. My breath caught in my throat. Her heartbeat remained steady letting me know she was still asleep. I let out a sigh of relief. I had tried to make her room like the one she used to have. I even got her iPod to bring her comfort and yet, she still seemed angry, it's not like she had anywhere better to go. Sooner or later she will submit to me, and I have yet to decide if I'll regret that day.
