The Amazing Victuri Book is Not on Fire ((ON HIATUS))

Chapter 7

((Victor's pov))

I woke up pretty early, or at least 10 o clock is early to me. I scramble out of bed, quickly dressing to see if Yuri was awake. I hope he was, becauseI couldn't wake him no matter how excited I was for him to read the letter.

Racing out to his room, I hear a laugh from the living room. It was Yuri, sipping a small cup of tea, resting on a chair crossing his legs. I stop in my tracks, my face flushing with embarrassment. "Victor, what on earth are you doing?" He says, with what I assume was a smirk. I could hear it in his voice.

I slowly turn toward him and laugh nervously. "Heh...uh..looking for you...?" I say, rubbing the back of my neck with a slight smile. Yuri pushes his glasses back up his face and flips his hair out of his eyes, looking at me happily. Too happy...Did he see the letter?

To find out and fulfill my curiosity, I slowly walk closer to him, smiling. I sit next to him, or at least on the couch. He turns his body to face mine as I grab one of the pillows, hugging it and resting my chin on it.

"You look tired, Vitya. Did you not sleep well? Or were you up late..?" He asks with certainty. He knows I was doing stuff all night.

"Well, I guess." I say running my eye. "I mean, I was doing something pretty exciting last night..." I say, smiling. His eyes light up as he smiles back at me. Yuri reaches into his black jacket with 'Japan' on the front and pull out the letter I wrote.

"Was this the reason?" He says, waving it a little in the air in front of my face. I nod, laughing.

"Yep!" I bite my lip, hugging the pillow tighter. He puts the letter away carefully and sighs happily, setting his tea down. He leans back in the chair and sets his free hands on his lap, smiling again.

"I'm really excited about your surprise, Vic. I'm using all my willpower to not beg you to tell me what it is." He says, closing his eyes.

"You can manage 24 hours, right?" I joke. "Didn't I tell you in the letter you'd get one a day?"

He looks at me, trying to remember. "I think...I can't recall and I'm too lazy to check the letter. So anyways, thanks for the clarification. " he replies, taking another sip from his tea cup.

I get up slowly and head to the kitchen, opening the cupboard for some cereal. Then I notice the Crunchy Nut was gone. It's usually Yuri who has an existential crisis, not me. "YURI WHERE IS THE CRUNCHY NUT?!" I shout dramatically. I hear Yuri get up, walking slowly to the kitchen, putting his empty cup in the sink. He casually says, "Oh I ate them."

At this point, I was just about ready to die. "WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU ATE THEM?! MY CHILDREN, YURI. YOU ATE MY CHILDREN!!" I collapse to the floor, fake crying and clawing at the hardwood flooring. It was the only thing I could do to correctly mourn my beloved cereal. All I hear in the background was Yuri laughing his ass off.

He comes over to me and picks me up as I hang limply. He puts me on the couch and I flop to the side. I was officially dead. "Listen, Victor. If you want it so badly, I can get you some more tomorrow." I slowly nod as he just laughs some more. I pout unhappily as I get back up, heading to the bathroom to shower.

Yuri grabs my wrist and pulls me back. "Wait a second, Victor." He says quietly. He seemed nervous...

"Hmm?" I hum in response. He looks away, still holding my wrist.

"I just wanted to thank you for the card and present to come. I don't even know why you're doing all this for me." He says, biting his lip slightly. It was so adorable.

My cheeks heat up as I reply with a smile. "Because you're my world, Yuri Katsuki!" I say happily, hugging him. I kiss his cheek and head back to the shower. I look back at him and smile. "I'll be right out."

I get into the shower and blush at what I just did. I kissed his cheek, no big deal, you must be thinking. But holy shit of course it's a big deal! I myself blush at the thought and quickly shower. I finish getting ready and head back to the living room as Yuri showers. I then see a note.

It said;

Victor,

I'll be out for a little while. I had an errand to run. Oh and I saw your letter. It was cute. I'm excited. Anyways, I'll be back soon if you get up before I make it back.

Yuri Katsuki

I chuckle and throw it out. It was pretty hard to read, as a matter of fact. Not surprised though.

I go to my bedroom and check the items again. Still scheduled for tomorrow for them to arrive. Perfect! I then edit more of VINOF. It's a never ending editing process with these videos. There's just so much good content and it's difficult to get rid of it at times. Man, the struggles of being a YouTuber...

I finish editing VINOF about an hour later. Finally! Yuri was out of the shower by then and we decided to just spend the rest of the day re-watching Death Note. I just can't help but think that Yuri is Ryuzaki. It's so true, right? It was quite enjoyable, if I may say. I ended up falling asleep on Yuri's shoulder on episode 15. He ended up turning off the tv and say in silence with me sleeping on him. This is didn't know, but Yuri had kissed my head goodnight. I guess he seemed to pick up on my habits....

WHAT. TWO UPDATES IN A DAY?! WOAH YOU GUYS. CRAZY. XD Anyways, I just feel like you all deserve more updates because of my forgetfulness and the Milestone we just passed. Enjoy!
