For once, I actually drag myself out of bed rather early in the morning. I look around, and sigh softly when I'm met with Victor's absence. I change my shirt, not caring about having sweatpants on. I fix my hair in the mirror and wander out to the kitchen.

At first, I fail to notice the ornate envelope sitting on the table. I pour myself the last of the cereal box, chuckling since Victor had probably been the one to eat most of it. I pour the milk in yawning, and grab a spoon. I wander over to the table and set my bowl down.

That's when I see it.

I squint at the envelope, picking it up. I look at my name, which was beautifully written. I know that Victor had practiced calligraphy, so I'm pretty sure it's from him. I set it back down and eat my cereal, waiting until I was done. I drink the milk out of the bowl, emptying it.

I open the envelope and read the letter, in Victor's handwriting it reads:

My dearest, Yuri Katsuki,

You are probably thinking to yourself, 'Victor Nikiforov, what in the hell is this?' Well, this is just one of many surprises I have in store for you. You will be getting one thing a day. First, this little card. Next, well, we'll just have to wait, huh?

Anyways, I think you'll really enjoy what I've gotten. Please don't worry about the cost of anything I've gotten, because you truly deserve it. You, are just one of the best people I've ever known, Yuri, and you deserve everything I've bought and created. So please, except everything without worry.

With love and happiness,
Victor Nikiforov

I suppress a squeal of excitement and joy, what's up with me today? I smile brightly, chuckling. I don't think I really deserve whatever Victor has in store, but I'll accept whatever it is. He's always so sweet to me..

I get up from the table and put my bowl and spoon in the sink. I take the card and carefully put it back into the envelope, returning to my room. I smile and put on a pair of jeans.

I knock on Victor's door, checking if he's awake. I wait a bit, and after no reply I go into the living room and leave a note saying that I'd left to go on a walk. I put on my jacket and my shoes, heading out the door and to the shop.

I bet you're wondering what this shop sells? Well, it sells all of these cool skating things and anime stuff. It's a peculiar shop, but hey, it's pretty cool. Walk in, thinking back to VINOF. Victor said he'd like to be Philip Lester. Since the owner is also an artist, I ask her to draw Victor as Phil.

I pay the shopkeeper and walk out with a receipt saying the date that the drawing would be finished. I smile and enter the apartment. I go into the bathroom and brush my teeth. I then go to my room and hide the receipt so Victor won't find it. I smile and get on my laptop, watching some anime, patiently waiting for Victor to awaken.

Just a small update, because Paris wouldn't stop pestering me about it. She quote on quote "Wanted to write so badly" and "didn't care if I only had thirty minutes to do so" And this is the product. Expect another update later this evening, knowing Paris. Thanks for reading this super tiny chapter!
