Hello Los Angeles !

Veronica's P. O . V

After my encounter with Luke , I headed towards my destination : UCLA . I can't believe that finally am going to the university of my dreams ! I got out of the airport and took a cab ton Uni . In my way I saw a number of beaches with people surfing , sun bathing and children making those cute little sand castle . I loved the houses that were facing the beach and had these cute patio chairs and hanging beds . It's actually a dream come true for me ! Los Angeles is the home of Hollywood .

Am totally in love with the beaches , Walk of fame , the infamous Hollywood sign and sky scrapers . This is all so new and exciting for me and I also do hope that my stay at my dorm and my life in UCLA would also be great . Although all of this is really exciting but there is still a fear of me not fitting into this new life , what if I am a misfit among all of the other students ? They all would think I am a freak ! But there isn't much I can do , all I can do is to hope for the best ! So i dusted off al my negative thoughts and entered the university .

From today my whole life is gonna change , I am gonna meet new new people , new friends and most important of all .... get a new roomie . I went to the reception and asked the receptionist about my dorm " hey , um. am Veronica Miller , can you tell me the dorm room alloted to me " I asked flashing a friendly smile . the receptionist looked at the computer infront of her and said " yeah sure, um.. Veronica Miller.... um.. there it is your dorm room number is 210 it is towards the right side of the girls building on the first floor " she said smiling and gave me my I.D card. I replied with a simple " thank you " and started searching for my dorm room .

Let's see ... towards the right , first floor . Here I am standing infront of my new room . I can hear some music playing inside the room . I knocked twice and within a few seconds the door flung open and a brunette girl with long straight hair welcomed me with a bone crushing hug . At first i hesitated but then loosened up and hugged her back . We broke apart and she was still smiling and said " Hey , welcome to UCLA ! By the way am Alex . Alex clinton " she said offering me her hand which i gladly shook and replied " hey , am Veronica Miller . Nice to meet you Alex ! " . I instantly liked her ! She was full with these infectious happy vibes which made me happy .

I entered the room and I was in awe ! Alex had already set up the whole dorm and it was really cool but the thing that really caught my eye was a series of collection of ONE DIRECTION posters and i couldn't help but squeel . Alex lokked at me scared and asked " what happened veronica ? You don't like the dorm ? " i smiled and said " NO , Alex ! that's not the metter . I squeeled because I was Happy to find a really cool directioner ! " she caught the hint and said " No WAY ! YOU'RE A DIRECTIONER !!!!! " and both of us started laughing and squeeling. Then Alex asked " Did you live in L.A or have you moved in from somewhere else ? " I simply replied " No I am not from L.A . I am from New York . What about You ? " she said " Nice . Oh and I am from Texas " i smiled and said " that's nice "  

Then suddenly there was a knock on our dorm room , I got up to answer the door . As i opened the door I was greated again by the receptionist , she said  " hello Veronice , am here to tell you that all the assembly would start at 3:00 pm  in the auditorium ! pls reach on time with your room mate " I nodded and said "thanks " I went back inside the room and Alex asked me " who was it ? " i simply replied " It was the receptionist and she said that we have assembly at 3:00 pm " A frown made it's way on her lips and said " Oh bummer ! I hate assemblies , they are so frigging boring " i smiled at her childish behaviour and said " Don't worry we'll make through it alive , let's get some  rest ! we still have about four hours " she smiled and said " yeah am dead tired !" we both laid on our beds to get a nice and refreshing sleep ! because i was really tired after my flight ! "

I know it's not a very nice chapter but there had to be an introductory chapter ! I hope you guys understand and its really amazing to see that you guys are appreciating this story and i want to give a huge shout out to all of you who are reading this book . Thanks to each one of you . keep rocking !
