We're now going to skip to the year 2016. The year of 'the other girl' since nothing that major happened relating to shantanu in the past two years.

It was July when the new batch of law students joined the college. Shantanu had always been the hunk in college - a guy every girl in the law school would love to be with. When the juniors came in, many as usual started crushing on him. Pretty soon, he started getting proposals which he didn't accept.

The reason why he wasn't getting into any relationship was because earlier this year, he had been in a traumatic relationship with a girl who lived abroad. Miles away from him. Who cheated on him and kept giving useless excuses. She lied almost all the time and kept him waiting at nights for her calls. He was sort of attached to her more than anything so it was hard to let go. But since I was always there for him at all times of the day to handle him whenever he started feeling low because of Ayesha, he got a little better each day to the point of moving on from her.

Shantanu had a friend since his first year at college - Ayush. Ayush was a little desperate to get into a relationship with someone. He used to like this girl mona and at the same time he liked another girl named piyusha. Piyusha was an 18 year old first year law student and over friendly with everyone which lead a lot of people into believing that she is flirtatious.

One guy who fell prey to this was Rishabh. He really liked her and she somehow reciprocated the same. Everyone at college thought that they were a 'thing'. But all of a sudden, she stopped talking to him and that chapter was put to an end.
Ayush liked her too, so it worked well in his case (or so he thought). Piyusha had a small crush on Ayush and ayush knew about that. At first, however, acting like a typical guy, he paid zero attention. But pretty soon he started liking her as well.

(Somewhere in the background- disaster sounds were heard)
