Y/N's POV

"Y/N!"

"Yes?!" I shouted and quickly wipe the tears.

"Someone's here for you!" aunt shouted.

"I'll be down in 5 minutes!" I shouted and washed my face in the bathroom, fixed my hair and walked downstairs.

"Hey, Kaori" I said and motioned her to follow me upstairs to the music room.

"You said 6:30 not 6:00" I said and she rolled her eyes playfully.

I opened the door to the music room where instruments were displayed and the piano was in the middle, I have two shelf full of music books, Kaori walked to the shelf. She grabbed a music book and hands it to me.

"Love Sorrow" I said quietly, one tear fell from my eye

"My mom used to play this to me when I was 4" I smiled sadly and Kaori rubs my back and smiles sadly.

"This is just another option, Let's go search for other music" I said and looked at the books.

~•~ After The Competition ~•~

The competition just finished two weeks ago and I made it in, first place to make it in the next competition, the 2nd placer was Kousei I didn't know he was gonna play to, it was his second time to try again since -I just knew- he stopped playing when he was twelve.

Just another day of school, classes and all those things, I bet my parents are happy for me, well I hope so. I got over them dying, they're in a better place and always be with me, always be in my heart, my aunt visits every weekends which I'm happy for.

Kousei's POV

I made it, to the next round of the competition, me and Y/N are getting pretty close, it's my free time in school and I always spend my free time in the music room, just playing another piece I didn't even know someone entered the music room, until I finished I heard clapping, I looked up to see Kaori... That smile, just makes my day better, but Y/N's voice makes it better to, this is what's going through my head since I met Y/N.

"Excellent playing" Kaori said.

"Thanks" I said and smiled.

"Your free time also?" I asked.

"Yes" Kaori said and sat down beside me.

"What do to you want to be in the future?" I asked.

"I don't know, many things can happen in the future" Kaori said.

"Then what will make you happy?" I asked, ok, that just slipped out of my mouth.

"Seeing my sister happy, better, and reach her dreams" Kaori said and looks at me.

"You really care for her don't you?" I said and she nodded.

"She's the best sister that I ever had" Kaori said.

"I never thought of having a sibling" I said and she laughed a little.

"Me neither, but promise it's not all gonna be positive" Kaori said.

I instantly got confused, what did she mean?

"What do you mean?" I asked confused.

"Your the only one that will know this.... When we were little I was jealous of her. When she started to live with us, she mostly has the attention from my parents" Kaori said.

I had no words.

"But that's in the past. I love her and always wished that she smiles everyday, after what happened to her father, I wish nothing for her but happiness" Kaori said and smiles.
