Meilani "Yes grandma... Yes ma'am..." I said repeatedly on the phone as my grandmother talked my ear off. "Granny this isn't my first time doing this" I said in a singsongy tune. "I know baby I just want to make sure everything is alright. You know ya granny got a reputation in these here streets". We both laughed, said our goodbyes, and hung up.
Oh sorry how rude of me. My name is Meilani Hazel-Rose Morgan. Im 22 and I live in Cali. My parents shipped me here to live with my grandmother along with my best friend Kayla but we'll talk about this later.

As I pulled up to the set I started to get nervous . I wasn't sure why though, I was here for one thing and one thing only. I parked and leaned back in my jeep that my parents bought me as yet another pity present. I turned off the car got out and made my way to the door.

Soon I was stopped by a man with a clipboard asking me "Name?" What is this a club?
"Meilani" I said softly "Meilani Morgan. Im the caterer". He nodded and let me in. As soon as I walked in a perky pink headed woman with a sweet yet annoying high pitched voice ran up to me and hugged me. " Hiiiiii Im Yuki! Im the person who makes the beautifulll costumes on set & your personal tour guide! Come on" she yelled excitedly as she pulled me through the huge building. After meeting all the people I knew why they hired me , there were a LOT of mouths to feed.
"I wish you could meet the guys but they are filming and the director has strict rules about bothering them while filming. Maybe tomorrow when they're eating your amazing food you can meet them!" Yuki said before walking me back to the exit. "Thanks Yuki, ill see you tomorrow at lunch". As I walked back to my car I spoke to myself silently "Wow now I know why this was such a big deal for granny. Im feeding the cast, producers and everyone else who is in the new edition movie" I sighed and got into my car hoping I wont fuck this up.. again.
