chapter 4

Costia pov

I follow Clarke into the small building, but she stops half way in and I don't now why until I look past her to see the most horrifying thing in the world. There were body and not animal body's human body's hung from the sealing I almost threw up. Clarke grabbed my arm and pulled me out and once we were out I threw up.

"Are you ok" she ask.

"No, I'm not OK my girlfriend is trapped here somewhere and we just found a building full of body's, and I don't even want to now who they are" I say and then realized what if Lexa was in there. I start to tear up and Clarke walks over to me.

"Costia what's wrong, why are you cry" she ask and I can see worry in her eyes.

"Clarke what if Lexa is in there, what if we're to late" I say and she pulls me into a hug and I cry into her shoulder.

"Costia don't worry if there's anything I know about ice nation is that they want to know the commanders secrets and if they killed her then they won't fine out so trust me she is still alive and we're going to find her" she's says and I nod and smile. After that Clarke tells me to follow her and I do. We are walking all over this place, but we can't fine Lexa and I'm starting to get worried, but then we hear chanting and we run over to where it is and what I see makes me want to cry.

Octavia pov

We are on our way to ice nation. Lincoln and Raven on both sides of me and Indra is in front and everyone else is behind us. I look over to Raven and she  has tears in her eyes.

"Raven what's wrong, why are you crying" I ask her and she looks up.

"What if we're to late and Clarke and Lexa are both dead, Octavia if Clarke is dead I don't know what I would do she is all I have, she's my family and I just let her walk into this by her self what kind of girlfriend am I" she says and pull her into a hug.

"Hey don't worry Clarke is strong and she would have gone alone if she new she couldn't do it and Raven she new you wanted to come, but she was protecting you to, so don't worry Clarkes got this and by the time we get there her and the commander will be walking out" I say and she nods and smiles. We continue walking until we hear chanting. Everyone looks at each other and then we all take off running in the direction of the chanting.

Clarke pov

We hear chanting and we run in that direction and once I see what everyone is chanting at, I feel sick. It's was the commander on a tree trunk and people were cutting her and throwing things at her it made me mad. I look over to Costia and she has tears in her eyes. I pull her away so I can tell her the plan.

"OK so here's the plan your going to create a distraction and everyone will go see what it was and there might be a few guards but nothing I can't handle, and after you make the distraction you will run as fast as you can to the edge of the border and wait there until me and Lexa get there ok" I tell her and she looks a little hesitant, but nods.

"What do I make the distraction with" she ask and I pull out the gun that I took from Ravens horse.

"Here when you get to the edge of the village take this and hold it in the air and pull this trigger three times then run ok" I say and she nods and goes and I get ready God I hope this works. Then when I hear the first gun shots and everyone gasps and turns around but doesn't move I wait then the second one goes off and people start to run and then the third and most of the guards run that way and there are four standing next to the commander. I get ready to strike.

Octavia pov

We are running when we hear three gun shots go off and we run even fast once were in the woods we see someone coming and we get ready, but once the person gets closer we can see there faces and it's Costia. She run up to us.

"God I'm glad to see you Clarke is in the village getting Lexa she needs help come on I made a distraction let's go we don't have much time" she says and we nod and follow her.

Lexa pov

I'm on a tree trunk being cut by everyone, but I still won't tell them what they want to know. The next person steps up about to cut me when a gun shot is heard and everyone looks, the another and another. Everyone runs off and the guards run in the direction of the gun shots but four stay behind to watch me. Then I see one of there people walk up and he has a knife in his hand, but I recognize the knife I gave it to Clarke. That's when I realized as the person got closer I saw them more clearly it was Clarke. Next thing I know is she throws the knife into one of the guards head and the others run toward her. She dodges them and fights like a true warrior that has been trained for years but she hasn't. Then I realized another guards is on the ground dead and then another one and the last one she kicks to the ground and doesn't get up. She then runs over to me and unties me from the tree and helps me down.

"How did you do this all by yourself" I ask and she smiles.

"I didn't I had a little help from your girlfriend she was the one who fired the gun and don't worry I told her after she fired three times to run as fast as she could to the border and wait for us" she says and I smile knowing I was going to see Costia soon. Then we hear something run towards us and then we see Indra and Lincoln and know it's OK.

"Heda are you ok" Indra ask and I nod then I feel a pair of lips on mine and I know it's Costia I smile into the kiss and we break apart to see Raven and Clarke hugging and Raven crying. Clarke looks at and smiles.

"Looks like I saved you again commander" she says and everyone laughs. This was a good moment, but every good thing must come to and end and I wish this didn't end like this. Ravens screams filled the air as Clarkes body his the ground with and arrow in her chest and then....
