"Eden," I heard someone call, and turned to see Lasercorn wearing a black skin suit that was covered in the images of tiny pizzas, "They want you in Super Stupid Serious Sleepover, or whatever?" He said, stumbling over the title.
He and I walked towards the fireplace and found Olivia and Noah both wearing pajamas, "Should I go change?" I asked hesitantly, looking down at my black jeans. Pajamas were tossed at my face, and I began to unzip them, stepping into an elephant onesie. Taking off my hoodie, I zipped the onesie over my clothes, and we all said, "Seriously Stupid Super Sleepover," or something like that.
We were instructed to dance, and we did, jumping around the area spastically without music. We all posed for a moment before taking a seat on the blanket spread across the floor, "Alright!" Olivia explained the dating game, where we would pick a name, a bad trait, and a good trait, choosing who we would want to date.
I sat beside Lasercorn, taking my turn after he had chosen his perfect match, "Harry Styles," I said happily as I pulled out the next slip of paper, "The good trait is that his hair changes color depending on his mood, so you'll always know how he's feeling. Okay." I shrugged, picking a negative trait. I huffed as I read the words, "He quotes one of his own songs every time he speaks." I was forced to choose another name, picking the card that said, "He is your boyfriend from high school," I said hesitantly, cringing at my words, "Let's call him Arnold," I shrugged, calming my nerves with the fake identity, "He is a famous comedian, so you will always be entertained." I picked a bad trait, glancing up to find Anthony's eyes hidden in the crowd of people watching us, "When you laugh he vomits."
"That's a bone killer," Lasercorn chuckled and I flashed him a quick asmile.
"I'm going to choose option number one," I said with a shrug, "I can handle repetitive song lyrics, but I can't stand throwing up!"
"Good choice," everyone seemed to say, cheering for me as the game continued. I met Anthony's eyes as he stood behind the camera and quickly glanced away to see Lasercorn making weird faces to the camera.
"Now, since it's almost Valentine's Day, we are going to play a partner game," Olivia said when we finished, "called," she thought for a moment, glancing at me with pause.
I smiled at the camera, "Put that coconut in my mouth hole or so help me!" I said loudly with a slight laugh.
Noah began to introduce the game as we stood on the blanket, "Olivia and I will be battling against Eden and Lasercorn to see who can move the coconut from their stomach to their mouths without using their hands." Calling upon the food girl, Courtney came to place a coconut between each pair of people.
Lasercorn and I stood only inches away with a coconut pressed between our stomachs, his larger hands gently rested at my sides, "We need a plan," I said to him quietly with a nervous smile as we both looked down at the coconut, our faces only inches apart, "Stay close." I instructed quietly and he smiled down at me.
"On your marks!" Someone shouted from behind the camera, "Get set!" They paused for a long moment, building the tension, "Go!"
Lasercorn and I started wiggling against one another, inching the coconut up towards our chests as our hands flailed around in the air beside us, "Eden!" He shouted in frustration with a cute laugh as we struggled to push the coconut over my breasts, "God dammit! This is harder than it looks!"
"Wait!" I shouted with an idea, tilting my chin down to reach the coconut. As I moved it pushed the coconut further down, forcing me to lower myself to get the coconut onto my mouth. The crowd 'ooohed' making me uncomfortable as I almost knelt on the ground. I held it against his stomach with my lips as he nervously stood in front of me, a laugh escaping his lips. I moved below the coconut, using my mouth to roll it up his torso. As I slowly inched my way up, his eyes locked on mine.
I lost my balance as I moved to stand up, Lasercorns hands flying to hold my waist firmly, "Careful!" He said loudly as I caught my balance against him. The coconut reached his chest and he looked down at me with a smile on his lips.
"Lasercorn!" Ian yelled as he entered the room, joining the crowd. Lasercorn immediately turned his head to look in the direction of his voice, the cute smile still present on his lips, "Get your hands off of my sister!" I rolled my eyes as Lasercorn shouted his apology with a cute laugh, taking his hands away from me and holding them in the air, "Those hands are only for me!" Ian shouted with a laugh. Lasercorn looked down at me once again and smiled for a moment before tilting his chin and allowing me to push the coconut to his mouth.
We stood up completely, our arms raised in the air as the coconut separated our lips. Our eyes searched one another's as we were announced the winners, then we dropped the coconut, standing inches away from each other for a moment before he opened his arms happily.
"We won!" I exclaimed happily, accepting his hug. He held my tightly, lifting my feet off of the ground for a short moment. I pulled away from him and glanced to see Ian standing in the crowd, a straight line spread across his lips, "What's the next game?" I asked eagerly, stepping away from Lasercorn.
"We are going to write a rap for our partner," Noah said with a chuckle, "using the words we pull from this box!"
I pulled seven words. Nun. Fornicate. Butt Stuff. Friction. Potato. Show and tell. We were given a few minutes to write our rap before having to turn to our partners and perform. Lasercorn went first, standing up on the mantle of the fireplace to perform, looking down to me after every over line. His lips cracking a smile at each of the inappropriate words in his rap as he bounced on his feet.
I stood up with a smile beaming on my lips and stood where Lasercorn had been, beginning my rap as Noah gave a horrible beat, "Tomato-Potato. I love you Nun-theless. I don't want no friction tonight. I'll show and tell you that everything will be alright. I'm gonna fornicate yah, butt stuff yah, word!" I awkwardly bounced on my feet, waving my hand in the air as I read the words from the paper, looking up at the end to see Lasercorn laughing with a bright smile on his face.
Everyone cheered after Olivia and Noah finished their raps, and the cameras shut off, "Hey," Lasercorn said, tapping my shoulder before I could walk away, "You did great." He told me with a hesitant smile, "How did you know how to win the coconut game?"
"I saw it in a movie," I told him with a smile as Ian moved towards us, collapsing his body over mine into a giant hug, "Thanks, Ian." I said as he tightly squeezed all of the air from my body. I glanced over my brother's shoulder to see Lasercorn walk towards the kitchen, a small smile still tugging at his lips.
