Betty and Veronica sat awkwardly on one of the couches while Arabella and Eric stood behind them, his arms wrapped around her waist as he placed his chin softly on her head.
"Okay, bitches. We're going to do a little throwback tonight. Spin the bottle. Going first, I vote 'A' for Archie," Cheryl smirked deviously.
The ginger-haired boy tried to object but Reggie encouraged it.
"Step on a Lego®, Reggie," Arabella complained, "if he doesn't want to do it, then he doesn't have to."
"It's okay, Ara," Archie whispered to his friend; but she still received a death stare from Reggie.
Cheryl looked at Arabella with furrowed eyebrows, "what the hell are you even doing here?"
The young Queen rolled her eyes and responded quickly, "training for a marathon... what does it look like, Cheryl? I was invited."
The red-headed Rapunzel looked Arabella up and down like she was examining her with disgust. But her devious smile came back when her eyes directed to Archie again.
"Anyways, back to our game," she said, reaching on the coffee table and spinning an empty glass bottle.
The suspense filled the room from everyone that was playing the game; so definitely not Eric and Arabella. They actually both didn't want to be at this party now. Maybe they were just going to get a late night milkshake at Pop's.
Eric looked down at his date with an annoyed look and Arabella found herself falling for him even harder because of this.
"We'll go in a minute," she whispered to him.
The spinning bottle began to slow down until the mouth of it stopped at Veronica. Almost everybody's eyes widened but Betty's face looked puffy, like she was going to cry again.
"No. No way. I'm not doing this," Veronica protested, being the good friend she wanted to be.
"Okay. But if you won't, how about the hostess takes your place?" Cheryl shrugged cockily.
Betty and Veronica looked between each other before V stood up. She didn't want Cheryl to be locked in a closet with Betty's crush, so she needed to step in and help her friend.
The two walked into a closet down the hall and Cheryl locked them in there. "Have fun, lovebirds," she sang mockingly.
Once they were locked away, Betty stood up and looked at Ara. "Do you mind taking me home?" She asked, choking back tears.
The young Queen nodded, "yeah, love. Yeah."
"Leaving so soon party crappers?" Cheryl asked sarcastically and that got Arabella's nerves. Then again everything Cheryl did got in Ara's nerves.
"Shut the hell up, Cheryl!" She shouted while walking out of the girl's house, Ara's hand rested comfortingly on the top of Betty's back.
Prince Charming put his blazer over Arabella's shoulder once they got outside and she smiled up at him.

After making sure that Betty got home safely, Eric drove his Jeep to Pop's. The two were starving because the dance didn't have much to eat, just chips and popcorn, so they had an excuse to come here if their parents asked.
