Zayn: "You were gone for THREE days, Zayn. Three! No one knew where you were, you never even called," you shout, wiping away tears with the back of your hand. "I was so worried about you," you continue, your voice softening as the tears fall faster. "I'm sorry, all right? I didn't mean not to call but my phone died and," he begins, reaching out and placing his hand on your shoulder. "Oh that's crap, Zayn. This is 2013 I know you could find some way to get in touch," you snap, shaking his hand off your arm. "You can't just vanish like that!" He takes a deep breath and runs his fingers through his hair. "I'm sorry, all right? I just needed to breathe...the crowds and cameras and pressure and...I should have called you, I know. I just needed some time alone," he says softly, his hazel eyes apologetic. You place your hand on his cheek and sigh, slowly nodding your head. "It's all right...just...please don't do that again. I love you." A small smile falls over his lips. "I love you, too."

Harry: "When did you get that?" you ask, placing your hand on the edge of a new tattoo peering from below his sleeve. "Ah, this?" he rolls up his sleeve and shrugs. "A few weeks ago, why?" You take a deep breath and just shake your head, filling the air with heavy silence. "Hey," he says softly, placing his hand under your chin and forcing you to meet his gaze. "What's wrong?" You close your eyes for a moment and bite your lip. "Every time I see you it's something different...new tattoo or hair or just...something. I only get piece of you, Harry. You're never here long enough you're always going somewhere...tour, interviews..." you begin, fiddling with your sleeves. "I know, I know," he frowns, pulling you close and wrapping his arms around you. "I don't mean for it to be this way but I have another break soon and I'm trying, okay? I'm trying to be with you as much as I can and I know it isn't enough someitmes," he bites down on his lip and his eyes are suddenly sad. "But I've got so much on my plate and I...I'm trying."

Liam: "Oh my God, I missed it...I missed your birthday," he realizes, noticing the leftover birthday cake in the fridge and btis of forgotten confetti and ribbon on the hardwood floors. "Yeah, you did," you say icily, fighting back tears. Yesterday. "I am SO sorry, I've just been so busy I totally blanked I'll make it up to you I swear," he begins, talking fast with eyes apologetic. "Don't bother," you sniff, grabbing leftover cake from the fridge and a spoon. "Babe, I really didn't mean to, I feel awful," he continues, running his fingers through his hair. "Liam, you miss everything! That's the problem. You never mean to, Liam. But you DO. You miss things and apologize and I forgive you but I can't keep doing that, you're never here! You missed my birthday, my parents' anniversary dinner, our anniversary! Everything, you miss it," you continue, digging your spoon into the birthday cake and refusing to meet his gaze. "I know," he says softly, his voice thick with sadness and regret. "I know I've missed so much and I can't get that back but...I don't want it to be like that anymore, I don't want to miss everything. I want to be here," he places his hand over yours and you meet his gaze. "With you."

Louis: "I'm so tired of all of this," you let your fork clatter to your plate as his phone rings once again. "I'm sorry but it's my boss," he frowns, glancing at the caller ID. "Really, Lou? You, the one who used to rebel against your manager and do whatever you wanted and not care, are suddenly whipped?" you snap, pushing your plate away and jumping from your chair. "You know how it is, especially with the rumors! I don't want it to be like this, I don't want to interrupt us with these idiots and their phone calls but I have to, I have a strict contract now," he frowns, getting up and following you into the living room. "I'm sorry." You frown and look up at him, watching as he presses 'ignore' and tosses his phone on the sofa. "No more phone calls tonight, promise. I don't even care about the consequences." You let yourself smile as he plops onto the couch beside you and kisses your cheek. "Now, back to dinner, love?"

Niall: "Here," he presses an oblong velvet box in your palm and smiles. You manage a small shrug and set the box on the table without even opening it. Another necklace? Charm bracelet? "What's wrong?" he asks, his eyebrows furrowed. "Niall, you can't just make up for time with things...bracelets, necklaces, earrings," you gesture towards the diamond studs in your ears and shake your head. "You're never here and you think you can just make up for that with these expensive gifts...I love them but, Niall, I love you," you say softly, placing your hand on his cheek. "I don't want these things, I want your time. I want more of it, I barely see you anymore." He lets out a sigh and slowly shakes his head. "I'm so sorry, this tour is taking so much of my time right now but I will make more for you, I promise. I love you and I love spending time with you, but you know how much my job--my dream job means to me," he says finally, leaning in an giving you a kiss.
