Harry: With a sigh, you lean back in the soft interior of the seat on the plane. Flying all the way to New York--this is going to be a long flight! The seat next to you is still empty, and you're sincerely hoping no one takes it (or whoever takes it is good looking and single). You dig through your bag and pull out your iPod, popping the earbuds in your ears and shutting your eyes, letting your music fill your mind. Ten minutes later, you feel someone leaning close to your ear, as if trying to listen to the music. Your eyes shoot open and you look over, only to be met with an embarrassed looking boy. "Sorry! I didn't mean to frighten you, I just heard some of the music coming from your headphones and it sounded familiar..." he says sheepishly, offering a grin. "Oh, it's fine," you shrug, your eyes admiring his curls and emerald eyes. "It's Ed Sheeran," you tell him. "Thought so! Love that guy," he muses with a nod. "Would you like to listen with me? You can pick the song," you hold out an earbud and your iPod, which he takes with a smile. "Sounds good. Let me see what songs you've got here," he places the earbud in his ear and scrolls through the iPod for a few moments before choosing Ed Sheeran's 'Kiss Me' and shooting you a furtive and cheeky smile. "Are you trying to tell me something?" you tease, tapping your fingers along to the tune. "Maybe," he chuckles, his knee brushing against yours.

Zayn: "Take a picture!" "I did! I'm going to tweet it!" "You're gonna wake them up!" "Let them sleep! They look cute!" "Who is she?" "I don't know!" four different voices from nearby ring out, causing you to blink sleepily. "She's waking up!" one of the voices whisper shouts. You quickly realize you'd totally fallen asleep on top of the boy next to you and he'd fallen asleep as well! Your head was on his chest, your legs were touching and his arm was draped over your shoulders. You quickly move away and with the sudden movement, he wakes up as well. "Huh?" he says sleepily, rubbing his eyes. "You two just totally fell asleep on top of each other, it was cute," Liam comments. "We took a picture and tweeted it," Louis quips, holding up his phone. "Oh," Zayn says suddenly, looking over at you with a sheepish smile. "I'm Zayn and I normally don't sleep with strangers," he jokes. "I'm (Y/N) and I normally don't sleep with strangers either--but I guess you're an exception," you laugh. "I'm still tired," you say, yawning. "Me too," he says. "You can still use me as a pillow if you'd like. It was quite comfortable." You blush slightly, but lean back against his chest, his arm sliding around you. "You'd make a good professional pillow," you tease, closing your eyes.

Liam: "This flight is so boring," you sigh, slipping your now-finished book in your bag. There goes the only entertainment you'd brought and you finished it halfway through the flight! "Flights ARE boring, aren't they?" a brunette agrees from across the aisle. "You know what's always fun, though?" You look over at him with a small smile and he turns completely toward you, crossing his legs up on the seat pretzel style. You do the same. "Would You Rather's always fun," he suggests. "I love that game," you reply, running your fingers through your hair. "All right, would you rather be a dog or a cat," he begins, raising an eyebrow. "A cat. Cats are quiet and nice and fluffy," you reply simply. "You?" He thinks for a moment and nods. "A cat, maybe. But I like dogs better. They're fun, you know?" You nod and it's your turn. "Would you rather eat blueberries off of an old man's belly or eat chocolate off of a hobo's leg?" you ask, laughing. "What even?" he laughs, shaking his head. "Chocolate, definitely. I love chocolate." You nod in agreement. "Chocolate's good."

Louis: "Can you STOP kicking my seat?" you snap angrily, turning around and peering your head over the chair. For the past ten minutes you'd been ignoring the 'thump thump thump' of someone kicking your seat, but you've had enough. "Finally you turned around! I was wondering what your face looked like," a blue-eyed boy smiles, holding out his hand. "I'm Louis and your face is nice." You raise an eyebrow and shakes his hand. "I'm (Y/N). Uh, thanks. Your face is nice, too. Why were you kicking my chair anyways?" you ask curiously, leaning over the chair with a yawn. "Well, you seemed nice and I'm bored, so I figured why start a conversation with a pretty stranger," he offers, as if that's completely normal. "Oh," you reply dumbly. "So, let's get this conversation started. What do you put on your toast?" he asks casually, leaning in his chair so he's closer to you. "Peanut butter and a smidge of honey, just a TIIINY bit or then it'll be ruined," you reply with a laugh. "So, what do you put on YOUR toast?" And the conversation continues, getting weirder and funnier with each moment.

Niall: "Oh my GOD I hate planes," you tell the blonde who's sitting next to you, trying to distract yourself from the fact you're flying thousands of feet in the air. "Aw, I used to be but I fly on them so much, I'm just kinda used to it," he replies sympathetically, offering you a small smile. "It helps if you keep yourself distracted by talking and laughing. I can help," he offers, turning in his seat to face you. "Okay, distract me," you smile, leaning back in your seat. "All right, one time I found a dead squirrel in my friend's attic," he says simply. You burst out laughing. "What? That's so odd! You're strange!" you tease, smiling. "Well, I'm certainly making you laugh and keeping you distracted, aren't I?" he laughs, leaning back in his chair. "One time a squirrel pooped on my friend," you blurt out suddenly, both of you bursting into laughter. "See, now you're making me laugh and keeping me distracted, too. We compliment each other well," Niall grins. "Let's be airplane buddies." You nod and listen as he tells you his next sotry involving a blender, a jar of pickles and too much to drink--he's certainly fun to talk to! ;)
