Chapter Two: The Country of
                          Artesia

Reia/Aiesha's POV

"For all passengers, please fasten your seatbelts and be sure to turn off your phones and secure all your valuable things. The plane is landing 5 minutes from now. I repeat----"

Inayos ko na ang seatbelt ko at umupo ng maayos. Nagising kasi ako sa announcement na nanggaling sa speakers. Pinatay ko na din yung MP3 ko at nagintay na lumapag ang eroplano.

Ss wakas. I've never been in other countries before. I think it's time for a princess like me to explore!! Hiyah!! Haha! Aja! Fighting!!

"Itai!!/Aray!!" Sabay na sabi namin ng taong nakabungguan ko.

Natigil tuloy ako sa pagiisip ko tungkol sa mga mangyayari sakin. Tsk. Hay nako. Napatingin ako sa harap ko ng may kamay na nakita kong nakalahad don. Tsk. I stood up not bothering to hold his hand. I did not ask for his help, did I? Tsk.

Inalis naman niya yung kamay niya at awkward na ngumiti sa akin.

"Im sorry, miss/Im sorry mister whoever you are." Sabay na sabi namin.

Napairap naman ako sa ere. Tsk. Bakit ba parang lagi kaming nagsasabay magsalita neto? One last thing, what's with his outfit? Ugh. Hours before, a guy with an all black outfit bumped into me. And now, him? What's wrong with this day?

Asking why I'm frustrated? Well, he's just wearing an all white outfit and his hair is a dark chocolate brown. I like his hair but, he's a bit weird. Di kaya mapagkamalan siyang multo? Maputi na nga siya, as in mas maputi pa ata kay snow white, tapos magpuputing damit pa siya? Let me guess, pati underwear niya puti, right? Tsk.

"Apology accepted" sabay na sabi namin.
"Ugh. Well, if you excuse me, mister whoever you are, I need to excuse myself. It's nice BUMPING with you. Tsk" sabi ko at umalis na.

Nakaharang siya sa dadaanan ko eh. Asar naman oh. Lumabas na ko ng airport at pumara ng cab papuntang hotel. Magre-rent muna ko ng unit for now. Sa Monday pa naman ang pasukan. If I didnt told you so, today's Friday. At mamayang 5:00 ng hapon ang end ng enrollment. It's just 2:00 in the afternoon anyway.

Huminto na yung driver sa isang hotel na malapit sa new school ko. Nagtataka nga ko eh. Hindi niya alam yung school ko pero ang alam niya ay yung lugar na kinalalagyan nun. Ang gulo, right? Tsk. Anyways, pumasok na ko sa Trizha's Resort, Hotel and Restaurants at nagpa-book ng unit. I was about to enter the elevator whe suddenly, a girl bumped with me and that cause me to slide inside and directly slumped into the elevator's floor.

Ugh.

Bungguan day ba ngayon? It's my first ever time going outside our country and outside our palace and still, can't my day get any more better? Tsk. Yeah right, this day is the worst.

"Oh!! I'm sorry!! I'm really sorry!! Please let me help you!" Napatingin ako sa babaeng tinutulungan akong tumayo. She seems so worried.

Why? I was just here sitting on the floor without any scratch and she's now worried? Is she that fragile?

"It's okay. I'm fine, dont worry." I said with a smile.

Mukha namang nabunutan ng tinik yung babae at ngumiti sa akin.

"I'm really sorry about that. I just really need to be at my suit cause my best friend is waiting for me. I'm Charmaine Acosta by the way. Nice to meet you!!" Sabi niya at bigla na lang lumabas ng elevator.

Napangiti na lang ako at tinignan siyang kumakaway sa akin bago magsara ang elevator. I've met different people before, but now. It's different. I felt like, the three of them has a very big part of my new life here at Artesia. Ng magbukas ang pinto ng elevator ay agad akong lumabas at pumunta sa kwarto ko. I didnt bother changing my clothes at tinanggal na lang ang sapatos ko bago humiga sa malaking kama dito.

I wonder what are their parts? I mean, anong magiging parte nila sa buhay ko? Isa pa, that girl. Charmaine Acosta.... I think I heard her surname somewhere and her face is somehow familiar. Hmm.... Hindi ko namalayang, nakatulog na pala ako kakaisip ng mga bagay-bagay.....

I woke up and go inside the bathroom and take a short shower. Nagbihis ako ng isang color yellow above the knee dress, black leather jacket, yellow and white doll shoes and a color black headband with a color white ribbon design. I also wore my wrist watch and flower earrings, then, kinuha ko na yung black sling bag ko at yung mga susi ko. Then, I'm off to go.

Pagkalabas ko ng hotel suite na ni-rent ko ay sumakay na ko sa elevator at pinindot yung down button. Ngayong hapon na ko mage-enroll sa Artellia University. Lumabas na ko ng elevator at tinignan sa wrist watch ko kung anong oras na. 3:53 pm. Kaya pa yan.

Nilakad ko lang yung school. Nasa street HSEFWP 45 or for short, street 45 HS ang school ko. Malapit lang naman eh. Ng marating ko yung school ay tinanong nung guard yung pangalan ko kaya ang sinabi ko ay yung bago kong pangalan. Hindi bilang prinsesa, hindi bilang royalty kundi bilang ang tunay na ako.

"Reia Monteflavia po." Ako
"Monteflavia?" Manong guard
"Yes, sire." I said and brush my long brown wavy hair.

I decided to dye my hair brown. Babalik din naman yan sa dati eh. Ang weird right?

"Okay, you may come in ma'am. Enjoy your study!" Said, manong guard after checking the list of the enrollment names.

Lumakad na ko papasok ng gate at dumiretso sa principal's office para makapag-enroll. Nadaanan ko pa nga yung malawak na field na parang training field. What's with this school? Err.... nevermind.

I was about to open the principal's office door when someone opened it from the inside and I bumped into that someone. Ugh. Bumping day ba talaga ngayon? Ba't di ako na-inform na ako ang target? Tsk.

"I'm sorry!! I'm really sorry!! Please forgive me!!" Napatingin ako sa taong nakalahad ang kamay sa harapan ko.

Oh, coincidence? Siya kasi yung babaeng nakabanggaan ko kanina eh. Yung sobrang cute na girl? So, dito din siya nag-aaral?

"It's okay, I'm fine. And I forgive you, Charmaine." Nakangiting sabi ko kaya naman parang nagulat siya at napatingin agad sa akin.

Nakayuko kasi siya eh.

"Waaaahh!! I'm really sorry!! I bumped into you two times this day!! I'm really sorry!!" Hinging paumanhin na naman niya. I sighed. Charmaine really have a good heart with her.

"I already said it's okay and I'm fine, Charm. Ganito na lang, kung gusto mong makabawi, mind touring me around the campus after I enrolled?" I offered. Nagliwanag naman ang expression niya at agad na ngumiti ng malapad.

"Sige!! Pero, pwede bang isama natin si Audrey? Siya yung sinasabi ko sayong bestfriend ko na naghihintay sa akin. So, pwede ba?" Tanong niya habang naka-puppy eyes. I laughed and nodded.

"Sure. So, wait for me okay?" I said and she smiled while nodding so I entered the principal's office and enrolled my self.

I think I already have friends. I just hope they'll last. *sigh.
