The Reason Why I Backed Off

It's just Priceless

I was in bed stunned...Stephen went missing. When, did this happened? The news reporter asked his mother, who was crying how did they find out about this? Stephen's mom couldn't really speak but, he dad did. He had his arms wrapped around his wife and he had a frown upon his face, he was trying to calm her down the best he could while he spoke

'I first noticed my son, Stephen was missing when, his car was still in the drive way...He was suppose to go to a movie date with a fellow classmate. We called the classmate and they told us that he don't show up...Its just horrible."

Before the camera when back to the big mustache reporter, Stephen's mom said with tears still coming down her pale cheeks

"I just want my son back."

It was such a heart breaking moment to watch. He's mom uncontrollable tears and his dad frown that could make a sweet baby cry for no reason. It was bad. How because, it has my mom tearing up. I got out of my bed and I wrapped my arms around my mother, I said to her

"Mom, why don't you get some coffee to calm down and a bagel while your at it,"

She stiffed and looked at me with her ocean blue eyes, and a frown sticked to her lips. She said 

"I just want my daughter to be safe."

I nodded my head and pulled her into a hug again, I said to her

"I'm fine, mom."

She stiffed lightly and pulled back not before kissing my forehead. She said while grasping my face gently between both of her soft small hands

"Okay, dear...Are you okay to go to school today?"

I nodded my head and have her a small smile while getting a hold of her wrists, I said to her 

"Yeah, I'm okay to go to school today.'

She gave me one long look...seeing if I'm really okay. I'm starting to get nervous if she doesn't turn her gaze. Most of the time, she can read me like an open book. If I ever lied she can tell with just one look. I tried to master that stare but, it never turns out right so I just bluff most of the time with me and most of the time I get the ask that right there along. 

She finally let go of my face and with a sigh slipping passed her lips, she wiped her tears and said with a smile

"Well, I'm downstairs taking you advice want me to ask the chef to make you something special today?"

I shook my head and said while going to my closet

"No, I just want a pancake and fruit. I'll get it myself."

She nodded her head and walked over to me to give me one last peck on the forehead then, she disappeared behind my door. I sighed and looked at my t.v to see Stephen's latest picture on the news. I frowned and walked over to my t.v, I turned it off and walked back to my closet thinking how much of a long day this is going to be.

~Driving to School~

Just like I was thinking...It was going to be a long day. I was thinking the whole time while being in my car. Why would did he went missing? Did someone kidnapped him? I mean if so then, who did it? I can't possibly thinking that he was kidnapped I mean Stephen is a big guy with muscles. I wouldn't even thing of kidnapping him if I was in the kidnapper. But, what is the motive of kidnapping Ste[hen? I mean he's family is rich but, why him? 

Then, my thoughts roam deeper...What if Stephen killed Evan and Daisy? I mean I just seen the car being totaled from a crush but that's not telling me anything else. I mean Evan and Daisy could have been smoking some type of drug or either drunk. I just furrowed my brows of these impolite thought so my friends. I just hope that Stephen is okay. I mean the boy was my first boyfriend at Lincoln high school and he was trying his best to...protect me.
