The magical night said goodbye saying good morning to a beautiful sunrise with Elena in Elijah's arms. She opened her eyes putting a sweet smile on as she met his,"Good morning, my Queen," he placed a small peck on her lips.
"Good morning, my King" Elena retorted returning the peck continuing-"I wish it could stay like this forever. Just you and me."
"Be careful what you wish for, it might just happen" Elijah said brushing both of his hands through her hair looking at her with deep adoration.
"I know I wished for someone like you and it came true," Elena propped herself up to him with the palm of her hand on his cheek now, "It was the best night ever."
"It was truly magical" Elijah said leaning forward giving her now a sweet lingering kiss and they would have fallen into its magical draw but the knock on the door pulled them out of the delightful moment- she heard Alaric's assistant Trevor apologizing for the disturbance as he spoke through the door. "Your Majesty is required in the War Chambers immediately. The Adviser and the Bennett witch Elder request your attendance. It is of highest importance that you leave now."
Elena glanced at Elijah getting up putting a robe on smoothing her hair a bit and then got out to meet Trevor.
"Your Majesty" Trevor bowed a little apologizing once again about disturbing her and her husband.
"What had happened? Why the sudden urgency?" Elena asked.
"I do not know. I have just been sent to escort Her Majesty to the War Cabinet," Trevor said,"all will be disclosed there."
Elena sighed a little and told the Assistant to wait. She returned to the bedroom.
Elijah was already dressed.
"I am sorry. But we have to go. Can you please get Alaric on the phone please?" Elena said to the vampire and walked into the bathroom.
Elijah picked up the phone, as she got dressed herself.
* It was no different in the Bennett Lake House.
Bonnie was dragged out of Damon's loving hug at the same time by Sheila's assistant witch.
Bonnie gave the vampire bodyguard a small kiss and went with the witch.
"See you later" Damon said, leaving himself as he was soon on duty anyway.

The same happened in the Forbes Family Mansion. As Caroline was summoned, Liz, who usually knew what was going on, looked shocked as the escort guards came for her and Caroline.
