Chapter 2: "Tell my mother I love her....."

LYDIA'S POV:

The three of us strode down the familiar roads of our town whilst telling not so funny jokes and giggling at how stupid they were.

Well, I was saying the not so funny jokes, whilst Madyy and Hazel were giggling at my stupidity. Yup, true friendship.

"That was soooo stupid" Hazel managed to blurt through her laughter.

"Oh yeah, well let's see if you can think of a better jo-"

I was cut of from saying my sentence when I heard a deep cry of pain. It sounded like a man. I immediately turned to Hazel and Maddy who also had confused and worried expressions that mirrored my own.

"What was that?" Maddy said covering her mouth with her hand.

Curiosity shot up before anyone could answer Mad's question and controlled me as I heard more grunts of pain coming from a creepy looking alley way.

"I don't know, but I soon will!" and with that, I ran towards the sound which I guessed came from a distant alley way. I heard Hazel and Maddy running after me and protesting, but, as I was way more fitter than them, I sprinted of before I could hear anymore of their protesting, fully knowing they will come after me soon enough.

Once I am at the entrance of the alleyway, I stop. Stunned. Not being able to move my feet or my eyes from what I was seeing. 

3 really sexy guys, with tight black tops, muscle arms but not too much,  a 6 pack- STOP. FOCUS!! 

 They were all crowding around a poor man pooled in blood on the ground and they  were each holding a knife.

WAIT. 

A knife??? What the actual fuck?! Oh my god, they are going to kill me for being a witness. I had a feeling that Madalyn and Hazel were behind me with the same reaction as me.

I love you mother and I'm sorry for stealing $20... I thought...

The heads of the 3 boys shot up and caught sight of me. I heard one of the guys snickering and that's when it dawned on me.

Oh shit.

I said that out loud.....

Talk about embarrassing...

It's only now that I see how sexy these guys look. Two guys were pretty tall whilst the third one was just a few inches shorter. 

The first guy had sleek jelled back hair with dreamy brown eyes and soft lips, he looked kinda cute actually and he had a quite surprised and angry expression on his face. Somehow mysterious. (kai)

The second guy had dark brown hair with matching eyes which are hard to read, his lips look ruff and he looked pretty amused but overall he looked HOT. (nick)

The third guy had ginger brown hair with blue eyes that you could easily get lost in and bad ass lips. His smile now turned into a smirk as he saw Maddy and Hazel trailing behind me shouting my name. (Theo)

"GET THEM" one of the hot guys shouted.

My face which was now drowned in fear dropped as I ran as fast as my legs could take me away from the alleyway dragging my two best friends behind. We could hear the other two boys chasing us shouting at each other to mark each one of us.

It was until then I heard a click. I froze and turned around to see the ginger brown haired on holding a gun to Maddy's head and the mysterious guy holding one to Hazel's. Anger started to bubble in my chest as the thought that my best friends' lives were on the line because of my stupidity. All of my stupid actions. This was all my fault...
