Chapter 6: he looked kinda lost

Maddy's POV

"OH MY GOD GUYS DID YOU HAVE TO DO THAT! LIKE SERIOUSLY YOU ARE SO EMBARRASSING! I SWEAR IS THAT WHAT YOURE GONNA DO WITH EVERY GUY WHO KIDNAPS YOU?! MAKE THEM FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE SO THEY WON'T BOTHER YOU AGAIN? HUH! " I rant at the two idiots in front of me who are just giggling uncontrollably at me. "STOP LAUGHING" I shout. And they carry on laughing, ignoring me. Let me tell you, I HATE being ignored. " STOP LAUGHING!" I scream making them finally turn their heads towards me. With an innocent smile plastered on my face, I cross my arms over my chest and tap my foot, waiting for a reply.

"Well?" I ask them, already getting annoyed.

"Well what?" Lydia asks. Stupid Lydia. she never listens.

" You know what? Forget it. I give up. But the next time you two EVER put me in that situation again where I have to do THAT, you will get way more than a smack on the head." I scold

"Aghhhh! We're so scared" Hazel mocking says.

"Shut up" I laugh and together we go and make our way to maths as the bell rings.

*** In maths ***

Sitting on the desk working out the equation on the board, I hear a knock on the door. I look up to see the one and only Theo. Ugh. I roll my eyes and look back at my book solving the equation.

"Hello sir, I'm new here and on my schedule it says I am in this class" he says showing Mr. Nolen his schedule. I turn in my seat and look back at Lydia and Hazel only to see them looking back at me.
"Does he have to be in the same class as us?" I whisper mentally groaning
"I don't know" replies Lydia

" And this used to be my favourite class" I say

Hazel gasps in shock. "So you don't like maths anymore?"

"Oh god no. How could I not like maths? I mean who doesnt like maths?" I say a bit too loud and everyone looks at me, saying 'me'. Hazel and Lydia give me a knowing look and I just roll my eyes at them.

"Don't worry Mads, one day you'll find someone that likes maths just like you" Hazel chuckles patting my shoulder. I smack her arm away as Mr Nolan asks me " is there a problem Madalyn?"

"Yes" I say, " Hazel over here is distracting me and I can't concentrate on my work. Can you please move her somewhere else?" I smirk looking at Hazel only to get a sarcastic bitchy smile back.

"Yes, Hazel could you please move over there?" He says pointing to a lonely seat at the back of the classroom. I chuckle loudly and wave to Hazel. She groans loudly and gets out of her chair, making a lot of noise by purpose and sits at the back, alone. Haha bitch don't mess with me. I get back to my work and Mr Nolan turns back to Theo. I look over to Lydia who is just laughing like crazy and I give her a weird look.

"What's so funny?" I ask her

"Oh nothing, Mr Nolan just asked Theo to sit behind you" she says

"What?!" I shout jumping out of my seat and all heads turn to me. No, no, no, no, no, no, no. Ugh. Now I have to put up with him! I'd rather have Hazel there. I look at Hazel motioning over for her to come back but she just smirks at me knowing that I would get annoyed. Hazel you are so lucky we are in a class otherwise I would've ripped your cheeky little head off!

I then look at Theo and see him coming towards me with a smirk on his face. Ugh!! What is up with people and there smirks these days! seriously! I roll my eyes for like the fifth time today and get back to my work. In about five minutes, I'm done, so I get up to give my work in only to hear Lydia and Hazel mutter "geek!" under their breaths. I turn to them and glare hard and then skip to the front of the classroom and give Mr. Nolan my sheet. Then I walk back to my desk and sit down, waiting for the class to end.
