Kongphob wouldn't tell him how he got those photos and Arthit couldn't exactly go and demand of his friends who gave it to the freshman. To suss out the actual culprit, he needed to be sly. There was also the pressing matter of gift. What should he gift Kongphob?

Usually, Arthit wouldn't be that bothered but he had overheard some of the girls from the Veterinary Medicine faculty near the library talking about Kongphob and Valentine's Day and if anyone of them was going to go up to the Campus Popular and give him chocolates. Arthit had been so surprised. He had completely forgotten that it was possible too. That there could be people who would like the first year. He was sure the freshman whose name tag Arthit had torn in the hall was one of them though if there had to be any.

The thought of anyone approaching Kongphob and proposing to him left Arthit queasy. Kongphob would turn them down, right? Politely but surely?

Arthit often found himself distracted in the class wondering the possible scenarios  in the combination of Kongphob rejecting them and accepting them. If it were Mei, what would Kongphob do?

What if it was someone like Em?

Arthit sat up, gasping inaudibly. That was impossible.

Surely they were only buddies and nothing more? Kongphob always willing to help Em had nothing to do beyond his kindness?

Arthit slumped in his chair. He was being ridiculous. Arthit glared at the blackboard. Was this how it was going to be like from now on?

It was the third week of January. Arthit was pacing in front of the cafeteria waiting for Kongphob to show up. As soon as he saw Kongphob walking towards the stalls, Arthit quickly ordered for his iced coffee and turned to the guy in the adjacent stall for chicken basil and rice. Just as Kongphob was within earshot, he changed it to egg omelette and ground pork. He feigned nonchalance and stood next to the taller boy. He pretended to be surprised to see him and patting himself mentally on the back for his good acting skills. Kongphob was his usual self giving Arthit his adorable smile.

Now before Arthit could get to what he wanted to do, he had to begin casually. So Arthit brought up the topic of Kongphob's initial plan of transferring from the IE faculty. Back then when Arthit had first heard it, he had been surprised and had despised the idea even though what the first year did wasn't any of his business. He had been angry then.

Now? It didn't matter that much. Even if they wouldn't be seeing each other that much anymore if 0062 transferred he would still be in the same university and they would .. see each other. Kongphob spammed him with texts anyway. So it wasn't anything to be.. worried about.

Not that he was particularly worried about not being able to see his 0062.
