On the Phantoms daily morning stalk (yes stalk, not walk.. He's a little bit creepy in the mornings...) He found a note, which was wierd, normally he was the one giving out notes. He took it with him to the lair, where he found Christine making breakfast. "Morning." She said, while she cooked the eggs. Gustave was sitting on the chair by the table, his legs dangling back and forth. He could hear that they were dangling in tact to a hum, a hum coming from Emma's room, she wasn't supposed to be singing yet!

The Phantom stormed to Emma's room.

Emma's P.O.V

"Angel of Music...                                                                                                                                                            Guide and Guardian..                                                                                                                                                Grant to me your glory!"

I stopped in the middle of the word 'glory' which made it sound dreadful. Dad was standing in the door furious that I was standing in the middle of my room, dancing a soft dance, while singing a song which brought my voice quite high.

"You. Aren't. Supposed. To. Be. Out. Of. Bed." He spat. I smirked at him opening my mouth to say something but he cut me off. "No! Don't say a word Emma, I told you not to, if you say another word I won't hesitate to gag you." He snarled, I knew he wasn't joking about the gag... He had done it before, but my anger was now so consuming that I couldn't care less. "Two weeks is over, dad. I agreed not to sing, walk and talk, in two weeks, no more! Now that you are here, I would like to know where the hell Enjolras, 'Ponine and Marius are! If you have killed them...." I trailed off, glaring at dad, who by now seemed as if he were ten feet taller, he was looking like that malevolent man that Christine fled from. "You honestly think that I killed them, I didn't, that Insolent boy of a suitor you have, left from here with the other two." He then turned around,  his cape, billowing behind him, and I had to resist the urge to call him Snape. As he closed the door, something fell out of his hand. "What was that?" I asked, dad quickly picked it up, ignoring my question, I tried again, but more fiercely this time.

"What was that?!"

"What was what?" He said, paying attention.

"The thing you dropped..."

"A note from your lover."

Okay....

Wait what?!

"Dad!" He had stalked out of my room, over to the fire, where Gustave sat with a book, normally I would have peeked, to see the title, but I was to busy making sure that dad didn't burn my letter.

"Don't!!" I shouted at him, as he held the letter close to the fire, I felt déja Vu, in Harry Potter and the philosopher's stone Harry's uncle had tried getting rid of all of Harry's acceptance letters.

Dad smirked at me,

dropping the letter closer to the flames.

"Let that letter go!"

                                                                                    ***

Oooooh... Cliffhanger!

Will Erik drop the letter and ruin everything, or will he listen to Emma and give her the letter.

The next update might take a while (Maybe not, I'm on holiday..)

'Till I Hear You Sing!
