Chapter Five

S U M I

I woke up the next day to the sound of my alarm and let me tell you this I love waking up in the morning the sweet sounds of the birds singing in the morning the sun rising behind buildings and the morning rain sliding the window I love the mornings.

Yeah I know your probably like What? Who the hell likes to wake up in the morning and sleeping is way more important than waking up.

My sister says the same thing every morning before school starts but in this case enrollment.

"Unnie please can I sleep in please." Chin-Mae asks still half asleep so I do what EVERY good sister do and rip her out of her bed making her protest and complains.

"Dongseng if your not downstairs in 30 minutes I will get rid of the cat you so dearly love." I shout going back to my room I hear a slight scream before I heard loud footsteps and the shower.

"Meow." Looking down at the fluffy animal.

"Not today furball." I smile while patting his head.

Furball is actually what the cats name is. I don't hate cats or dogs it just a threat to Chin-Mae I'll just probably leave the cat in my room and bring it out after a week just to scare Mae.

"You can't come along we got Business to do today." I sat down holding the sweet thing.

"Meow."

"I know you couldn't come yesterday but remember last time you ran away so I had to find you before Mae knew anything so Aniyo Furball." I say before standing up and grabbing my bag quickly checking up on my mother who was asleep and her nurse was.

"Annyeonghaseyo Nurse Hani." I politely bow.

"Morning Miss Sumi~ahh where are you off to today?" She asks and tell her I'm enrolling Mae to school and looking for a job and she only smiles wishes me good luck and tells me to leave and do as told making my way downstairs.

Today looks like a hot day so I decided to wear a a black singlet crop top with rip jean shorts paired with black converse and my hair down in curls.

"Mae I'm leaving and taking Furball with me." I shout from downstairs and went into the kitchen to grab my wallet and phone ready to leave.

"That wasn't even 30 minutes." Chin-Mae protest.

"It was in my dictionary now come on." I shout.

I would love to have a break and rest to not worry about my mother's health or Mae education or money for us to keep this house, the power and food just one day I would like to just be me and childish but for now I'll just do what I have to do.

"But numbers aren't in dictionary they in Maths book and stuff Pabo." Mae shouts.

"Whatever just hurry up." Then I suddenly hear footsteps running downstairs and see Chin-Mae wearing a black skater skirt with a Mickey mouse shirt with Mickey mouse shoes and her hair  nice a wavy.

"Ready?" She asks.

"Nope I'm hungry." I say honestly before making my way into the kitchen once again and grabbing me an Apple and my drink bottle.

"Now I'm ready." I smile and she only did the same.

"Unnie?" Chin-Mae asks as we stood in front of this huge school.

"Ne?"

"Your not leaving me to suffer alone are you?" She asks looking petrified as ever.
