^Anna
Percy had bought us tickets to this sci-fi movie which had been surprisingly good. I was more of a romantic movie type of girl - don't be too shocked - so it was pretty cool getting into aliens and hot actors who spit acid. Jax had always said I was missing out on great movies since all I watched was The Notebook (no, that was not the only movie I watched. I just liked it a lot).
I also enjoy animated movies, possibly more than I like romantic ones to be honest. I can recite every song in The Lion King and Mulan by heart, and I can tell you at least three lines from the majority of Disney productions.
I told all this to Percy, and she started laughing. It wasn't a nasty laughter at all, more of a contagious wow! type of giggle.
She insisted that she walk me home and made sure I was in front of the door before she turned away. We exchanged goodbyes right as one of her friends called her name from down the hall. She waved to me, and I made my way inside.
I sat on the couch and bounced up and down, wondering what to do. It wasn't super late, but I got my shower anyway, throwing on an old shirt and a pair of basketball shorts that I had stolen from Rin a while ago.
The door swung open and Anna stumbled in, cackling. She saw me and grinned, making her way over to the couch holding a plastic bag on her arm.
"Hey you! I wasn't sure whether or not you ate already, but," she paused, pulling out a styrofoam box with a cheeky smile, "I brought Chinese takeout?"
I shot up from the couch, stomach growling at the prospect of Asian food. "Ah yes!"
She made her way over to the couch and handed me the box and chopsticks while settling down with her own. "I've been dying to have some Chinese food. It's not as good as my mom's, but it'll do."
"You're Chinese?" I asked.
She snorted. "I'm Korean you racist."
"But-"
She laughed. "I'm just kidding. I am Korean, but my mom makes bomb ass Asian food in general."
I nodded, smiling. My mom never cooked for me. "What did you and Sam do?"
"We just walked around, ate a few doughnuts, the usual. Then I started craving food so we picked up some takeout. She had to go to her job so I dropped her off on the way back."
"I thought you were staying the night because of your project-"
Anna brought a finger to her lips, shushing me. "Minor details darling, minor details." She clapped her hands together, making me jump a little. "So, what do you want to do?"
I arched a brow. "It's pretty late right now, and we should probably get ready for tomorrow-"
"No no, I mean, what should we do tomorrow? I'm deeply offended you haven't even gone to the beach but that can wait until Saturday. What if we went to eat lunch, that might be fun."
I sighed. "I have to go for a run tomorrow."
"You have to?"
"Yeah, I have to exercise every day. I didn't do anything today because it was day one but I really need to work out." I smiled softly. "Do you want to come?"
Anna snorted. "Me? Work out? In your kinky dreams." She put the now empty container on the floor, kicked her shoes off and leaned back, wiggling her toes at me. "I'll just wait until you get here. You can imagine me eating to my heart's content as you burn off all your calories."
I rolled my eyes and stood up, putting the remaining half of my food in the refrigerator. "I'm going to bed now. Don't eat my leftovers, I'll going to eat them when I get back from running."
"Run faster and you may make it back before it's all gone!" she hollered from the couch, and I shook my head as I walked into my room.
I fell back onto my bed and stared at a long crack in the ceiling. "Tout le monde est fou."
Everyone is crazy.
I had been able to speak French since I was a little girl. Jax had told me to pick something I could learn - math, language, science - in order to distract myself from what was going on around the house. So I did. I began talking to myself in French, reading french books, going on the computers in the library to look up french phrases, etc.
Speak of the devil. My phone started ringing, and I smiled as I answered. "Hey Jax!"
"Hey Bea!" Jax's voice was loud, so she was probably driving (or Rin was).
"Hey!"
"How are you?"
"I'm okay." I chuckled. "You called me earlier."
"I missed you so I called you again. Are you busy?"
I looked around and - still laying down - looked at the journal sitting on my desk. "I'm, um, studying!"
"Oh, then I'll let you go! Rin and I are going out so I may not be able to call you tomorrow."
"Kay."
"Okay, I love you so much! Talk to you later, have fun!" She said.
I tried not to sigh. "Okay, love you too."
The phone clicked to signal her hanging up and my head sunk back into the pillow.
I pondered about what to do and rolled over to grab my computer, unlocking it with barely restrained urgency and excitement. I opened a collection of my favorite online books and began reading one of my top fanfics. I know I should be googling what college journalism teachers normally require, but at the moment I wanted nothing more than to lay back in my bed and bury my nose in the sweet bliss of unrequited homosexual love.
What can I say? It's a hobby.
Time ticked past and the next thing I knew my eyes were burning, my head was pounding, and not a soul on campus was out and about; at least, I hope they weren't at four in the morning.
I zombie walked into the kitchen, goosebumps rising and decorating my bare legs as I slumped against the wall, yawning. I fumbled over to the refrigerator and poured myself a cup of water, slurping it down.
I clumsily made my way back to my room, falling flat on my stomach. As soon as my body hit the bed, I was out like a light.
Two hours later my eyes shot open as soon as my alarm began blaring.
"FUCK!"

*wipes sweat off brow* I finally finished this god forsaken chapter and it's still short as hell rip me.
I love you guys so much thank you for bearing with me! I don't have a lot of time because of after school activities and trying to keep from drowning in my grades so I'm trying my best.
How are you guys doing? When Tipsy reaches 50k reads I want to do a competition. Would you rather I hold a fanfic competition or a fanart competition?
Also!! I'm going to start holding fluff chapter commissions via paypal because I'm poor and really need money for college and publishing. It's one of my dreams to get into a good college and have one of my books on my own bookshelf, so please help. I don't want to do advertisements because I hate ads and I don't want you guys to hate me, so I'm asking for donations instead.
Btw, how many of you would want me to make a wattpad instagram so I can go live and you guys can see my face and ask me questions?
This was long oh my, but I love you guys so much 💙 bye bye!
