Hey guys! I haven't updated this rant book in a long time because for the most part I haven't had anything I really wanted to rant about.
But now? Boy do I have a rant.
So I'm reading this book right and the characters are building up to the sex scene. And finally they're about to do it. Finally finally and you know my inner freak is like yessss bïtch get that dick. And I'm so ready for it ya know? I turn the page, keep reading, and bam it's just over.
Just like that.
The steamy sex scene I've been waiting for is three mother fücking dots.
I am so mad rn.
Like are you fücking kidding me. I waited pages and chapters for y'all to finally get it on and you give me three dots? Oh it's totally okay for you to be descriptive when they kiss and feel each other up but to describe the action of him putting his penis into her vagina you give me three dots?
Bullshït I say.
And maybe I'm just a sexually starved freak (lmao #teamvirgin) but the only way I get smut is by reading it. I don't get it any other way. So give me my mother effing smut author!

There's a story on here that I read a lite bit of that did exactly that, it's called The Bad Boys Girl I think. I didn't actually read the story, just skipped around and skimmed through the chapters till I got to the one where the Cole and whatever that girls name is have sex. And the author puts three stars. Or was it dots? I can't remember but she built up all that anticipation and didn't deleiver.
Bro the comments were hilarious, people were so angry they didn't get their smut. There was one comment in particular that had my rolling, lmao I took a screenshot

I'm over here like damn, glad I didn't read this book otherwise I'd be pissed too.
So yeah that's my rant. Think of it this way. It's like leaving someone on read.
And we all hate that shït.
So authors, please don't tease us with a sex scene if you're not going to deliver. I always tell my readers my story rating so you know what to expect when you start reading my book. If there's smut I'll let you you "hey there's gonna be smut" if there won't be any smut I'll be like "hey I'm keeping this story PG-13"
