Chapter 1- new life new city

*Zania Pov*

so to day is the day we are moving to New York and i am so excited. i can not wait to leave this life behind and start over. i am tired of running.... Anyway Hello my Name is Zania i am 21 years old and i live with my little sister Kinya we are moving to New York from Phildelphia and i know its not far but its far enough  to us...we pull up to a very cute fire red brownstone apartment in the Brooklyn Heights section of Brooklyn and start unpacking our things..

Kinya- are you excited about this or what?

Me- hell yea i can not wait to unpack and go out on the town... i wonder what the guys look like out here lol

Kinya- omg girl stop it you need to be focused on school and work not men (laughs).. so when do you go meet the people at the school?

Me- thursday at 8 im so excited... im really excited to get my beauty kit and start doing what i love (sighs)

Kinya- (laugh) im still undecided idk what i am going to do out here man... oh yea that photographer guy keeps hitting phill up about us shooting what do you want to tell him?

Me- uhhh give us time to settle in and get comfortable first damn (laughs) we havent been out of philly for 24 hrs yet and already with the annoying model work

Kinya- lol i know right 

they unload the rest of their things into the house and go downtown to shop before setting up their house.... as they are making their way out of H&M Zania bumps into a person

Zania- excuese you watch where you are goi......

she gets cut off once she sees his face... they lock eyes and both continue walking but looking back at the same time 

*August Pov*

so i decide to hit downtown with my brother and im texting when i bump into some chick she spazzed out on me when my phone drops and shes mad we bumped into each other i look up to curse her out but her beauty caught my eye and like a jackass i just stared.. i snapped out of my trance long enough to pick up my phone and continued walking to my destination, but i had to look back on more time to see her face and to my surprise she was looking back :) i felt like the man but i really wondered if i would see her again..... walking into Footaction with my brother i had to ask if he peep shawty

Me- yo Av did you see those girls walking out of H&M?

Avery- nah.. what girls? how you see some bad ass girls and not tell me? what kinda of brother are you?

Me- nigga chill *laughs* you need to pay more attention to your surroundings

Avery- says the guy who is always looking down at his phone texting *laughs* nigga please i pay close attention to my surroundings yo ass dont

Me- yea igiht what ever son i pay attention.. thats how i saw shawty and you didnt see her at all 

Avery- yea iight get ya sneakers and lets go man *laughs* if you see her again what you gone do?

Me- *smiles* get her number nigga what you think *laughs* im light skin nigga i got this 

i pay for my sneakers and we leave the store... i remember faces real good so if i see her again i gotta take action......
